Really rude receptionist refusing to get a sick person a phone consult, come on. It's just a phone call.

Look I know Covid is done and dusted. However my elderly Father finally caught it and is currently unwell. We requested a phone consultation to arange antiviral medication. I'm not sure whose running the show but my Mother who is looking after him has heard nothing but radio silence from them.
Poor form.

The receptionist here are always welcoming and friendly. Dr Adnan is the 1st doctor I saw after arriving here from Sydney in 2022, to say this doctor is amazing is an absolute understatement, she is so kind and caring, thorough and goes above and beyond for me, I feel very comfortable with her and am very grateful to have her as my GP. I HIGHLY recommend her and the Jindee Medical Center. As an added bonus they have Pathology right in there too!

Finally I got time to write something about this centre and their wonderful doctors. I have been coming to this lovely female doctor, Dr. Najia Adnan, she always takes great care of you. I highly recommend this doctor. I am hoping to see her long term. Thank you.

No stars if I could. Dr Lekah has zero compassion and time for anything but writing out basic scripts to fulfill quotas.forget about going if you have any serious problems.this place rings true of just a money-making profit machine focussed on overbooking and pushing people through before the timer runs out. The Medical centre using Covid as an excuse for lack of professionalism is completely inappropriate. Avoid this place if you value and respect your health

The reception is always so unhelpful, abrupt and rude. I even hear them on the phone when I arrive and if I spoke to people with that tone in my profession I would have complaints rolling in every single day.
However I keep coming back because Dr Adnan is amazing, she makes time for you and listens carefully. She always takes my concerns seriously and is very personable.

Extremely rude receptionist. She dealt with other customers quite politely but then when I or my family member spoke to her, she would reply in a disgusting attitude, racism? I am not sure but she behaved quite poorly, moreover we arrived at the doctors on time and had to wait 1 and 30 minutes for the doctor to call us in just to find out that the same receptionist checked us in late. The audacity. If I could give 0 stars I would.

5 stars for their awesome team of Doctors. Dr Najia Adnan is simply one of the best Doctors in Perth. She is very good at diagnosing,
also she is very understanding, supportive and empathetic.

Youre a medical centre in the middle of a pandemic and you have dirt from your patients heads marking the walls. Unhygienic. Takes less than 5 minutes to wipe down a wall.

Called today to enquire about treatment I had done back in 2018. Explained I was 1200km from Perth but receptionist Janine was extremely abrupt, rude and showed a total lack and care in emphaty.
I could have divulged all my personal information over the phone but she refused to help and rattled off an email address very quickly where I could send the request to.
She obviously has no understanding that patients like myself need to book flights to seek treatment back in Perth for excruciating pain and then needing to deal with this type of "couldn't care less attitude " is very frustrating especially when a simple question by myself could have been answered in less than a minute by her.
Very disappointing service indeed and a very poor representation of Jindalee Medical Centre unfortunately.

When they first opened, I was there by appointment - and waited for an hour - without being seen by the doctor, I left. After a few years, I thought they be good now, so I had an appointment today at 11.10am and I was asked to come earlier as I need to fill up a form, so I reached approx. 8 to 10 mins earlier. Waited upto 11.50am, still not seen by doctor - except being told like 15 mins prior that I am next.but there was only one before me and it seems like it is ok for doctor to be late.not 5 or 10 mins but 40 mins or more. I left, never come back.

Referred by the "crazy kiwi" Dr. Ted Sherberts. His GGB therapy saved my life. Andre Jindalee (mates call him G) waited right there for me & dropped me off at Sheraton st. I owe cuzzy broades a apology, he was spot on mate.

Everyone who works in the centre are friendly and helpful
The other day had to see one of the nurses.
Saw a nurse called gay
That lady definitely needs some lessons on how to treat people, she was very rude and will not see her again

Dr Najia Adnan is a kind and compassionate doctor, she is an excellent role model for aspiring doctors. Dr Najia Adnan has been very helpful, she keeps a positive attitude and provides support in all aspects of palliative care.

Very disappointing. I went for a skin check and arrived 15 minutes early to complete new registrant forms. My appointment was at 11.45 and I left the building at 12.10 after not being seen, and no explanation.

Najia is always fantastic to visit. Love seeing her, she is always soo very helpful in everything I need. Perfect person for a young female like my self. Absolutely fantastic

I have been here few times, service at reception was fantastic.
Dr. Yesh Lekha is a truly gentleman and down to earth. Always got right advice from him.
I highly recommend him.

Dr Nadjia Adnan is fantastic! She is compassionate and understanding and treats you as her equal. Always willing to listen and always uplifting. She is easy to communicate with, and she goes the extra mile to make sure your needs are met.

Recently I went to Jindalee Medical centre and they booked me in with Dr. Najia Adnan. I didn't pick name initially but when I went to see her. I was so happy that she is the same Doctor who looked after us in another medical centre. I am very happy to say that all of my family now back to see Dr. Adnan. She is very knowledgeable and has holistic approch. She has an amazing bed side manners. I can say she has knowledge like any specialist. I hope now she stays here we can not afford to change another GP. She is good with my whole family. My husband are going to see her soon as well. Thank you Jindalee Medical Centre.
I also would like to say thank you to the lady who was at front desk later on we found she is a practice manager was very polite. Both of you young ladies deserves full star. 5/5.

Ted Shrebert referred us to Andre "Jindalee" G, who had his kiwi mate ahead of us but still got us sorted out real quick. He was just waiting right outside for us. Even showed us where the subway was for lunch. Glen, Sheraton St. B. Rawler, & the GG Boxer mate all chipped in when we needed them.
