57 Always lovely to come into a JB Hi-Fi. This was no exception.
I was dreading how busy it was, but we were quick to be seen to, the staff were friendly, and they were being as helpful as possible.
The particular staff member I got did not seem to know a lot about headphones (what we went in to get), but knew enough to understand our questions and knew about what products were available.
We walked out very satisfied and are loving out new headphones.
The warranty ay JH Hi-Fi is also great. Replacement warranty is a must with gear I use every day, sometimes for work. I simply cannot afford to wait for it to be repaired.
Busy store. Parking can be a challenge on Saturday or Xmas. Suggest parking across the street in the underground car park.
Always have to wait for very long. So many staffs but only 1 at the check out. Moving extremely slow
Good range of stock and nice customer service. However it took me quite a while to find where the checkout was. It was at the end of the store I walk very far.
Had a smartwatch playing up after 6 months of purchase, took it in JBHIFi to get checked out (warranty applied). Told about the problem with the watch, described what had happened and guys at the shop got it sorted out within minutes! Got my faulty watch replaced with new one with no hussle! Not trying to rip off or grilling about how-and-when the product stopped working. Very impressed by quick and straight-forward yet pleasant customer service. Very good. However, few extra signs poimting to actual checkout around the shop would be helpful (which is at the back of the shop). Have been going there for few times and every time I have noticed at least one lost person asking loudly around to find the checkouts. I was as lost as them on my first visit there. Otherwise, excellent place and staff!
We have always been disappointed coming to the Osborne Park Jb Hi Fi becuase the staff is never willing to help and they just sit there in groups chatting. They only go to get paid. Instead go to Midland Jb hi Fi where the staff is enthusiastic and are taking their time to come see if you are satisfied with what you have come for. Osborne Park JbHiFi is horrible and a disgusting place to go to buy your devices.
Very good selection of electrical stuff but they aren't competitive with prices like they were a few years ago
I asked for assistance 3 times. Each time they said it will a few minutes. After 30 minutes, I left the store without purchasing. Disgraceful.
So much better than going into the city easy parking and most of your home needs in one spot. Friendly staff that'll help you as best as they can or they will get the best person for the job. As long as you know what you're looking for they can help you out. But its also good for a casual browse. Only thing that they are missing is a stool or chair for people to sit on as you go through the lengthy process of obtaining approval for 24 months interest free.
Bought a security camera did not comply with wifi at home went back they gave me a another brand works great good service from manager
Went in to grab some accessories for my phone. One if the employes politely asked if I needed help with, I naturally thought I had everything I needed, but turns out I had the wrong charger cable for my phone, so I'm very thankful for that haha.
I would recommend going through the specials before start of shift for staff working on the register. I had an issues with my Xbox deal today, it took over half n hour to get sorted. But staff handled it well so no complains.
The sales staff here are always really helpful and polite. I can't see anyone having a problem here.
There 'telephones are down' 9 November 2018 at 9.52am Perth time. Went through to Hi Fi Claremont store. The lady told me to ring back in 2 hours. Refused to take a message. And then hung up on me as I was speaking to her.
We are new in town and this place was recommended by a local friend. It has a wide range of products and the staff there are helpful and friendly
Customer service here is pretty poor. One of the guys pretty much gave one word answers to my questions about a mobile phone I wanted to buy. Clearly not interested and didn't care.
Many thanks to the manager of TV section, he helped us very much. After a nightmare with Hisense's incompetent service, this guy was amazing, can't thank him enough!
