The staff at JBs makes it always the first place to go.
Always super helpful and interested in getting you what you need.

Excellent staff who provided very good Service. My enquiries were answered showing a good depth of product knowledge. Easy access and good parking. Covid protocols were all followed giving me peace of mind.

Avoid like the plague.
If your into wasting time go to this one.

I had the privilege of being served by Luke (if I remember his name correctly) yesterday at the camera department. He was efficient, extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable in the field. He went above and beyond to make the purchase experience a great one. 5 stars for Luke!

Just dealt with Sharlotte and she was so incredibly helpful! There was a lot happening in the store as it was so busy however still took the time to be lovely.

For a company that has been booming on the stock market and showing excellent profits who am I to comment about how they operate? Their product prices are very good and the service is also very good but it can take a long time before somebody asks you if you need help.

Downgrading from 5 stars to 1, managers are incompetent and staff straight up lie. I now avoid at all costs, I'll drive out of my way for electronics.

Honestly my rating has gone up. I have been to this store and waited around for 15minutes and had no one to help me. But over the Xmas break they had heaps of staff and they were very helpful. Hopefully this higher level of service continues.

It was the madness sale, which reflected the store's state. Absolutely people everywhere. Stepped in an stepped out before the madness got to me.

Good pricing service is ordinary and cash rebates are misleading and inaccurate for eg Philips do not have a cash rebates arrangement with jb hi (according to Philips website)

A little underwhelming, was packed with staff ready to help, I think there was more staff in the store than customers but expected as close to Chrissy. The checkout person answered the phone whilst serving me and gave me millennial entitlement attitude in response to my facial expression. I was expecting bargains but actually paid a little over had I kept searching but no time, was just happy to find my headphones. Was ok.

A wide range of electrical goods on offer, which range seems to get wider every time I visit.
A very popular place with many people browsing and buying.
Staff seem to be pleasant and don't avoid you, unlike some places.

This is normally a popular place to shop electronic items. If you are especially looking for laptops, i would suggest you to also look at other places before going here because when i went there last time, they didn't have much of latest model laptops. Most of the laptops were very old models and I don't understand why the prices of laptops are expensive in Australia as compared to other countries like US.

Noisy place pretending to be cool, with not helpful but cool looking staff, topped out by security guy at front. So if you like it hard way go there, if you like to feel like customer who did not crash somebody else party uninvited, go few doors up to the competition. The price match and you will feel good when leaving store like person who spend money and supported others - with no security check.

Store layout is a strategic marketing plan. We visited several areas of the store, staff members were eager to be helpful. Sadly one staff member offered unsure advice about a product instead of seeking clarification. If I purchased the other product it would have been a regretful purchase resulting in a trip to attempt return the product. I'd shop here again if I was in the area. JB HIFI has a wide range of products for good prices.

Knowledgeable staff in Vinyl department made my visit worthwhile. You will always get reasonable customer service when you are polite to staff.
