JB Hi-Fi

Good shop with lots of products. However, I do not enjoy the upfront sales approach of staff in these shops. I just want to look at the nice things. Found a nice controller for my XBOX/PC and went for it. Waited in a line only to be pushed in front off by another customer who was going to take a while. So thought I would find alternative checkout. Manager walked by asking if I needed help, I ironically asked for a checkout, he pointed me to another member of staff. The manager was quite rude and put the member of staff under pressure to try and sell me the pointless extra insurance they want you to buy. Felt sorry as the lad was now stuck between the mananger ordering him and me saying no. Why did the manage publically pressure him like that? Was the manager trying to pressure me too? Anyway, the only thing he could suggest was stick drift would be a valid reason to buy the extra insurance. I know how to fix controllers, computers, tvs, and have saved $$$$ before doing it myself when things break. If they are adamanet that my controller will break and I will need the insurance then why sell it in the first place? Anyway, the lad did well and would have pressured many people into buying the insurance which I do not need. Wish they would accept that when a customer says no thank you then it means no.

Iain Ross has been once of the best salesperson that I have dealt with at any store. Besides giving you really good prices his service is 10 out of 10. I tried getting a 2022 Sony TV model that was being replaced and whilst other stores will try to sell you something else Iain went out of his way to order the TV from Sony. Even though I am close to the Rockingham store I preferred dealing with Iain for a sound bar and additional accessories and collecting the goods locally. I will be passing on Iain's name to all my work colleagues and friends if they ever need any electronic items.

Super helpful people at the store. Someone or the other will always be around to help. Wide range of variety too in store - recommended!

Never have I received the genuine customer service as I did from this young lad, hopefully will get to meet you in-store soon.

I highly recommend you all to speak with him whenever you get the chance, you won’t regret it!

Sold me display TV with no stand,
Had to buy another TV stand off of them.
Bought at least two phones and a set of Sony headphones.
They didn't make me feel valued (at all, until last purchase).
They also own good guys so.
½ decent value for money.
Could've been treated better.

Really enjoyed the fish and chips from Beachcombers, fresh and tasty, with really good sustainable packaging, a family favourite for fish and chips.if I have one niggle though it's that the oil used (not sure which type they use) leaves an oily aftertaste and texture. But that's relatively minor, I'd still choose them over any NOR fish and chips outlet

Shop is not organised.
Staff ignore you on the floor.
Had to go to cashier to get service, which had no knowledge regarding product location.
General or typical jb hifi service.
Very average and don't like serving people.

JB HI-FI staffs always friendly and helpful, everywhere same.thank you, I would like to shopping at there. Many of things are special price.
That JB Hi - Fi located close to bus stop, bus to Innaloo shopping and train station.
The next shop was Good Sammy and Salvos oppotunty shop.

Had an issue with a 5 month laptop. Staff are pretty switched on. Nick helped out with a refund & swap without too much stress. Much appreciated

Friendly staff, but they are always really busy. So, I just think they should have a bigger team.

Awesome customer service. I went there hoping to get some info about upcoming PS5 stock and left with enough info on when I might be able to get it. Happy customer.

Massive store, plenty of friendly staff to help you sorted your choice of product.
Can ask for extra discount and you won't be disappointed.
Ally white goods items are from here and I am pleased with their services.

Good deal on 65" TV. Delivery/install went sour and not happy. However the store staff did their best to fix & have offered some thing to make up for the problems. Would have given 4 star if more for the problem. JimzWA

Awesome customer service. I was assisted by Try when I was browsing to get a watch that has the health function (heart rate etc). He is very helpful and exceptional. I ended up buying Garmin watch and happy with my purchase. Will come back again to buy some other things.

Great service. Called up to put aside some wireless headphones and picked them up the same day.

Why does it always take so long to get served in JB Hi-Fi!? ! It really feels like the staff don't care.

Good store but lack of interest from staff in the phone and TV section makes me not interested in returning to that store.

Jb-hi-fi is my favourite shop for when I need to buy some electrical items.l recommend this is the best place to buy your items for your home.
