50I have seen some bad reviews here, but I think they are from a while back? In all my recent dealings with them, I have found all the staff to be more than helpful. Great range of interesting products and good pricing. I will continue to shop there. Very happy customer.
Not happy with their service. Purchased some goods and the relay was not in their catalogue. The manager claimed that it was a horn relay, which their catalogue showed it to be 5 pin, which it clearly was a 4 pin. He then went to eBay on his mobile to show me that it was in fact a horn relay? I stipulated that I have a nerd perk card, but processed the goods through the till anyhow, then stating there is nothing they can do after the fact to add this to my card. You have just lost a customer guys. Well done. Alltronics for me from now on.
Shocking. Stood in the store for 10 minutes with 4 employees standing around and no help offered. I was literally the only person in the store. Why pay a premium if you don't get the service?
Good range of electronic parts, stuff can be cheaper online but if your in a hurry it's "the dick smith of old" if you know what your after staff are ok but staff won't tolerate noobs ;)

Good range of electronics components (one of the only bricks and mortar stores left I know of). Service was a bit lacking but good if you know what you're looking for
Amazing customer service, the man who served me knew his stuff and helped me sort out some issues with my external hard drive.
Got a LED strip and some other items from here. Less than two weeks after I found out that Altronics sells the same stuff a third of the price. Like that wasn't disappointing enough I called Jcar and found out I couldn't return this items although I hadn't unpacked and used any of them.
Definitely recommend Altronics as it has better range of products +14 days return policy.
Very good service, recomended if you dont know what you need but find going instore to a place like Jaycar hard to justify when ebay is 10X cheaper
