These guys are absolute legends. Super friendly and so helpful. I needed to build the internet… that’s right the internet. They knew just what to do and what parts I’d need. The internet ended up hardly weighing anything and the red light flashes so I know it is working.

I just cannot fault Jaycar Osborne Park! Due to consistent friendly and excellent service over time, also with the odd faulty product, I have upgraded my previous review from 4 stars to a 5, a rating I seldom gives. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable assistants. Good products, good advice and really good service. I'm sure there is a really good manager/management team behind the team who seem to only select the best personnel to work there!

I’m hiring / towing a float tomorrow from Perth to Geraldton, and I was worried that my trailer lights weren’t working on my car. I went to Jaycar, and Ashley (the Store Manager) was incredibly helpful! I had no idea what to do, but Ashley took the reins (haha) and tested everything for me. I am so, so thankful for his help as I was stressing!

Just left, had the best experience. Geoff helped me out massively, I came in, no idea what I needed (was trying to connect a car fridge to a solar powered battery system) and he got me sorted with everything and explained what I needed to do super clearly. Awesome awesome service, highly recommend!

The guys in the store don’t have a clue in what they are talking about 3 seperate occasions I have gone in to buy something and it doesn’t work when they it would. Won’t be buying from them again

One of my favourite shops when it comes to electronics!
They got wide range of electronic parts and of course many gadgets for kids and to adults who enjoy making electronic gadgets and various accessories.
Ample parking, helpful and friendly staff and most importantly products are reasonably priced.

The staff are so friendly and of course their range of items is huge. I could spend hours looking around, but my cards would overheat

Extremely worst customer service experience for getting refund for giving me incorrect parts by salesman. Amount is just below $10!

Every time I go into Jay car I come out feeling so much better, their workers are genuinely the platinum class of all retail workers. Always know so much and are super happy to help. Genuinely wish every other store was half as good as these guys

It's always very difficult to walk out of here empty handed. So many interesting and fun things. Bring your money but be prepared to exercise your willpower!:)

Stock levels are constantly wrong where I've gone there multiple times with there website saying they have stock when they don't. Wasting my time getting me to drive to another store.

A wide range of bits and pieces conducive to technology, but please be aware of returns and warranty policy. I bought a product which lasted 6 months, the product had a 12 month warranty, it was not working as it should have, and took it back
One staff member said no, u only have 7 days to refund, but I can have an exchange. I didn't want an exchange coz my husbands same item has done the same thing. I queried it and meanwhile looked up their own policy which specifically said 3 months warranty and goods cannot be excluded under consumer law. They did give me my money back but I didn't argue the fact that the refund was 10$ short because it was currently on special. Grrrr. Same thing happened at big w. Staff should really be aware of their own policy coupled with consumer law wen questioned.
