Helpful and friendly staff. Good product range, I often find they have what I'm looking for when finding specific items for electronics.

Well stocked and normally have anything needed. Staff are always friendly and ask if you need assistance.

Jaycar is a pretty consistent shopping experience. Knowledgeable staff, reasonable pricing, good stock availability, conveniently located and open on the weekend.

It's a good place to go when you are in the middle of a project and you're missing something.

Their website gives you good product information, though the search doesn't always return what you're looking for, opting for adding results with more words, rather than reducing the list.

Over the years it has added more consumer electronics to the collection, but experimenters will find plenty of choice, including 3D printing supplies and various tools and accessories.

I was looking for a specific adaptor for my computer. Eric was helpful over the phone so we went to buy the part. It didn't work as expected and when I took it back, Eric went above and beyond to assist me and to try to make the adaptor work. Although ultimately it wasn't the right part, Eric did his best and then gave me a refund, no questions asked. Great customer service Eric, well done.

The guys here were absolutely amazing. I came in with a half baked idea for a project and they went out of their way to find the best solution for it. I'm seriously so impressed. It's been a while since I experienced such amazing customer service.

Went in here with my daughter for some help with a project. The staff were really helpful and friendly, we left with a smile on our faces and it was a great experience.

If there is any usually-shaped plug or electrical device you need, there is a good chance you will find it here. I did. Not too expensive, polite helpful service.

I purchased a submersible light for my pond. When I got home but the battery's in and put it in the pond, tried to change the colour with the remote but it did not respond. Removed from the pond after 1 minute and thought okay waste of $20 but will use as a torch.

I left it on the table and noticed a day later that a stain was appearing and also noticed moisture inside, SO, decided to take it back as (a) it did not work as described as the remote wont work whilst under water and (b) was not waterproof as it had only been in pond for 1 minute and it was damp inside.

I explained to the manager what the issue was and his reaction was that as it was still working i.e. Turned on it was not faulty and I could not get a refund or replacement, his comments were how do we know you had closed it right. And he did not think having moisture in it was an issue.

Eventually he agreed to provide a refund grudgingly but made me feel as though I was trying to pull some sort of scam or something.

In the future unless I really needed something I will not go back to this store again, and suggest others to give it a miss as well.

Atrocious service, made an online order 3hours prior, before having to call them to find out if order was ready to pick up after not receiving a confirmation to pick up. After calling I was told it would be ready to pick up in 10 minutes. Upon arriving nothing was ready and staff were clueless.

Most friendly and helpful staff. The store owner Jamie was both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He provided huge help with my electrical system for my campervan. He even provided much needed help when things didn't go to plan and I had to return to the shop.

Love this place. Store manager Jaime is well-versed in the product range and offers good options and advice. Prices are good too.

Friendly staff service and you can get all kinds of electronic products but if you're after something in particular getting it might be hard.

Not very helpful when looking for stuff as well as not only asking 5 times within 2 minutes what I want but also then selling g me the wrong items. Not happy at all and won’t be taking my business there again.

I was appalled by the degrading way the male store assistant was talking to his female colleague. Openly criticizing her in front of customers. Felt horrible to be around. I checked in on her and left without purchase. Won't be supporting that.

The customer servuce at Jaycar Osborne Park store is nonexistent I ask the assistant manager for help and with a attitude he said he was busy then he when and cheated and joking with his staff I ask him again if he was going to help me as i was now angry with the way I was treated and he said he will not help me as I wanted to buy a $150 soldering iron.its ok now as I will go to Altronics in Balcatta

The staff offer great service and do have a high quality standard of knowledge of the intricate little parts they sell. However it can be a lot more expensive to buy stuff here than online. Although I understand you pay for service.

I don't know how Jaycar do it. Seriously great staff no matter what location, this one in particular is fantastic. Personable and on the ball when it comes to tech. Always a pleasure.
