Jaspers Pemberton reviews
63My partner and I went here twice during our week in Pemberton. The food is absolutely amazing with plenty of options for people on a gluten free, vegan or vegetarian diet. The décor is lovely and it's easy to forget you're in a small town as you're absorbed by your surroundings. The staff are extremely nice and provide professional service that make your dining experience the best in Pemberton.
Beautiful food, incredible drinks list, great service and cosy venue. A favourite for us, we love returning here whenever we are in Pemberton.
Was keen to try after reading great reviews but was very disappointed.
Burger bun was stale, meat was dry and not fresh.
Not hard to get a burger right…
Don’t recommend.
EDIT: owner accusing me of being a liar and not dining there… honestly I wish we saved our money and went elsewhere, especially after My table of 4 spent $200 there last night.
Absolutely love the atmosphere at Jaspers! It is very well run by the manager (great choice of music!) and the waitress was really helpful too. The food choice is very good and the prices very well set. The wine menu has a good variation. I would definately reccommend to book as it is a poular place and well- deserved to be!
Great menu choices and extensive drinks menu. We had the pork belly ribs and it was the best we've ever had. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend for a good night out.
Just love it.
This magnificent place in Pemberton was for me a big surprise.
Really nice food, almost a fine dining place with reasonable prices and an amazing choice of selected whiskey.
Trust me, It is much better than lots of restaurants in Perth.
Definitely recommend it and I look forward to going back again.

My husband and I were lucky enough to secure a table at Jaspers on Saturday night, and what a treat it was.
Damian was super attentive, provided great advice regarding whiskey samples and meal recommendations.
Our chosen entrees of jalapeño poppers with bacon jam and mushroom medley were absolutely delicious. The pork belly main recommended by Damian served on a board with a variety of complementary sides was unique and tasty. The lamb cutlets were a huge portion with 4x cutlets and also bloody delicious!
What a superb and inviting venue, definitely worth the visit whilst in Pemberton! Thanks guys!
Arrived at the restaurant with a reservation, owner came out swearing at me saying i was apart of some group leaving rude remarks. Then owner and wait staff started being racist towards me because of my race and ethnicity. Will not be returning here. Please avoid.
Took my grandma here and the resulting food poisoning put her in hospital for weeks and ultimately cost her life, the chicken caesar salad is not bad though. RIP Florence
I celebrated my 66th birthday tonight at Jaspers with 3 of my best friends, Deb, Pauline and John.
To say the food was divine is an understatement. I'm a whiting girl but tonight I had Barramundi and it was to die for. Melted in your mouth.
Thank you too Damian, Adrian (chef) Tristan and Curtis for making this day special. All food was superbly cooked and presented. I would recommend Jasper's to all. Thanks everyone
Booked months in advance, turn up and they have given our table away. Show the manager the booking confirmation and we are told 'too bad'. Owner now seems to be targeting all negative reviews from other customers and calling them liars.
Entree calamari was lost amongst the salad.
Rib eye was good complimented by a bottle of red.
Whisky Bar looked amazing but unfortunately only got one in with dessert.
Great little place to dine while in Pemberton.
Doing Pemberton Proud. This restaurant, this amazing whiskey bar, the fun team, the expert whisky knowledge would easily sit in a London side street, a Melbourne alley or Speak easy hidden in Sydney.
The food was first class, the service made the place memorable and the whisky range blew us away.
You could spend a moderate dollar on the whisky’s or you could go higher end. The four of us went close to high end and didn’t regret it.
We spent a good penny on the whiskeys, so we feel qualified reviewing the range and experience. Trust us.
The meal and wine list were outstanding, but in any good restaurant the experience lingers the longest and Jaspers nailed it in spades.
In the words of a Mate with us, visiting Pemberton from the East Coast, as he stood up at the Gloucester tree for the first time;
‘‘A big tree is the No 1 attraction in Pemberton, obviously didn’t go to Jaspers”
I took my family here and we had a variety of foods, most of which were undercooked or burned - none were well prepared
Booked in reservation, turned up and the owner said we didnt have one even after we showed email conformation started making fun of my looks to his staff because im fat and shouldnt be eating here, will not be returning
Owner threatened to throw hand grenade through my bedroom window after saying I did not like the beef schnitzel
Food was alright but experience was diminished by staff yelling racial slurs at my family and being kicked out of the restaurant early due to our skin colour
I don't know about all the badmouthing trolling reviews stated before: I've been here before and this place is classy with good drinks. Nice atmosphere, nice service. If I'm nearby I'll drop by again
We rode into Penberton on our munda biddi end to end. An absolute highlight of our trip was eating here two nights in a row:) delicious food and welcoming hosts really made our night (s) see if you can book in advance because they can get busy! Amazing Pemberton has a restaurant like this one!
Had a nice meal here - food is fresh, flavours are great, serves were decent and service was friendly. Would dine again next time we’re in town.
