Jaspers Pemberton

Good food, excellent whiskey selection and nice ambience. However, the kitchen closes at 8, which is why we were only able to try the small dishes. But that was also okay and tasty. The selection of drinks is huge

Food was amazing. Service was so good.
We had dinner 2 nights in a row it was so good.

Multiple visits. Always amazing. If you are keen to know more about whisky, whiskey and burbon then I thoroughly recommend this place. The fantastic food is but a bonus. Also, you don’t need to mortgage the house for a great meal.

To put it simply, the food was amazing. Every dish left us utterly blown away.

One piece of advice that I would highly recommend is to make a reservation well in advance. Bookings are essential.

Even if you're just passing through Pemberton for a day, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit.

Our dinner last night was delicious. The marron was perfect and steak cooked to perfection.
Hats off to the chef and team.
The two waitresses were accommodating, friendly and do the restaurant proud.
The self proclaimed “sommelier” of whisky in the other hand, became arrogant and verging on aggressive when I politely disagreed with one of his comments. I suggest a big change of attitude from him.
If not for his poor over opinionated attitude the place would get 10/10.

We enjoyed a night out at Jaspers for our anniversary. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious, quality meals. We had the specials - creamy seafood pasta and slow cooked steak and Guinness pie with sticky date pudding for dessert. Couldn’t fault them, enjoyed every bite! We will definitely come back next time we are in Pemberton!

Heard this restraunt was good on 6pr radio with gary adsed. It didn't let us down. Great food and 1st class service

Lovely ambience with attentive friendly staff. The tender eye fillet steak was cooked to perfection and served with delicious vegetables. My partners seafood paella was flavoursome and tasty.
So glad we had just enough room for the superb apple pie served with salted caramel ice cream and bourbon caramel sauce.
I thoroughly recommend Jaspers.

Very classy, up market restaurant with a big selection of finely prepared drinks.
Food was exceptional (except for wings and wedges which were incredibly dry)
Veggies, pork belly, lamb, chips and all other food was top notch and very delicious.

Jaspers was highly recommended to us, so I suppose some people think it's good. The service was good, but the food was very disappointing. The selection was not great, but judging by the high prices, we thought the food would be outstanding. No so. One person found their dish delicious - good! Two guests thought theirs to be mediocre - hmmm. One person had a burger which had a pattie that was so tough and dry, it could not be cut. Others tried to eat the pattie but gave up in disgust.
The lock on the toilet door was broken and the hand soap in the toilet for the disabled was empty.
For what they charge and for what one gets, I can only say that I cannot recommend Jaspers and neither will I ever be eating there, should I travel this way again.

Stayed at the Jasper's accommodation and ate at the restaurant. Beautifully clean accommodation, with complimentary milk from the regions best dairy. Meal and service far exceeded what you would expect in this stunning, but tiny country town.

Went to celebrate my birthday was so good we went back the next night, amazing food, service and ambiance. Well done guys!

This place is an absolute gem! Incredible food, outstanding service and great atmosphere. Not to be missed! Best meal we have had in WA. Everything was top notch

Simply put, we loved everything about Japspers: the food, the wine, the service, the atmosphere and the world-class whisky list. A must-do on any WA road trip.

Delicious tapas, excellent friendly service, wonderful array of drink choices, including fabulous mocktails and for dessert the BEST brownie I’ve ever had! You’ve got to come and experience this funky gem in the heart of Pemberton.

What a place to find in Pemberton. The food was fantastic, the menu eclectic with the whisky/whiskey & bourbon (all kinds represented) chocolate pairings. The kind of place to linger if you are that way inclined; unless of course they need the table.
Service was friendly, and the setting well thought through. Will definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing! Food was divine, with a great cocktail list and assortment of other drinks for all. Super friendly staff, 10/10 will be back with friends and family. As a local, so glad something this niche exists in Pemberton.
