Food is unappetising, wait time to get served at the counter is way too long, coffee is okay at best
Prawn and avocado salad was incredibly disappointing.only 3 prawns! Salad itself is bland and sad (cucumber peels? Not even the cucumber itself?)

Great food, good coffee for a franchise. The only downfall is that all the customers are rude, pedantic and ignorant.
We just love coming here! The service is amazing - especially our favorite Kate who is just a delight. It's like being greeted by a long lost friend every time we come. The coffee is great and the cakes are fresh. We seem to get a free coffee every other visit using their loyalty card.
The staff were lovely but the food was very bland and mushy, we didn't finish our lunches. Coffee was nice.
