The service is prompt and the two chinese girl baristas make wonderful coffee. Apologies do not know there names. Will ask them during my next visit.

Really like how this store keeps the coffee mugs and glasses warm. The coffee are nice and remained warm for a long while. However, the almond chicken flat bread isn't as good as in Cockburn. Can't chew or taste any almonds in it.

Their staff here are very friendly. The red haired girl has the most beautiful smile and is a delight!

Very enjoyable experience. Good coffee, friendly service and the best cooked breakfast around.
Menu detail and quality of presentation was surprisingly satisfying.

Ordered some chips to take away. The order took 25 minutes to be served and were so overcooked that the inside had little potato left in it.

Food is ok, coffee is ok, most of the staff are stone faced. Kate is the real star, she is the kind of people person that every cafe needs to have.

Limited menu choices, but service was quick, food and coffee were good with the poached eggs cooked very well. Little underwhelmed by the benedict sauce and prefer crispy bacon so can't give 5 stars. Friend thoroughly enjoyed her smashed avo with maple bacon though.

Eggs benny and fish & chips were delicious. Waiting time can get a little long during lunch time, but it’s worth the wait!:)

They make really delicious coffee. My almond milk cappucino was amazing.

A huge selection of meals available including vegetarian. The cakes look delicious. So many choices available to suit all tastes.

Very friendly service at the counter and by the wait staff. Felt very welcome.

Good coffee, however the young boy who served at the counter recently needs some customer service training, he so obviously do not want to work there!

Went to Jamaica blue for fathers day breakfast arrived at 10 coffee was served then waited 45 minutes for breakfast people came after us and left in the end asked for our money back very disappointed will never go back to this shop staff couldnt care less oh well next please

Terrible service ordered breakfast coffees came out straight away 45 minutes later still no food we watched as others came in and were served there food to top it off a guy came in 20 minutes later than us ordered the same thing we had he finished his and we still had no food.

Waited 35min to get our food.and it wasn't that busy at all.and bread was absolutely burnt black

Central to shopping area. At a major entry/exit point, hence nearby parking. Plenty of seating and room between them. Good service from the staff who were attentive to customer requirements. Food and light meals and drinks are sold.

Bad first impression at counter with unfriendly staff member. Poor fish & chips with 'dead' side salad. Can't recommend on this experience!

Not usually a fan of franchise coffee franchises but the service I just got at this Willetton outlet of Jamaica Blue was very very good. Would definitely go back here:)

Worst coffee experience in town, employees didn't know what a macchiato was, after two failed attempts, I accepted the cold coffee because it was clear that they were still going to get it wrong. Complained to the manager and was told stiff luck and received no apology or complimentary replacement. Recommend you stay away from this place entirely, especially when Coffee Club is just around the corner and makes far superior coffees.

When I come here, I always order the same thing, Iced-Coffee. It came to the point where I didn’t even have to say it, and the dude puts my order down.

The prices advertised on the coffee menu were different to the one on the til. The poor girl working had to deal with an adamant customer who noticed (me). Please rectify this.

Great food and coffee. But staff need to take better care cleaning the tables. We often struggle to find clean tables when we arrive.
