International on the Water Hotel

Room might seem a reasonable price at first but they ask for the ludacris amount of $500 for a bond for a room. For that much you'd expect the room to be immaculate but sadly they're not. It's alright. If you have $700 spare.

The place is situated on the water, and the room was so spacious and clear, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. I did not have breakfast there, so I can't comment on the food, but overall a fine experience and a nice place to say, if you're travelling through.

Beds are comfortable and is close proximity to the airport. The maintenance left me a little wanting however. The phone in the bathroom wasn't working with the handset being held on with electrical tape, windows facing out from our room still had some type of film on them that was peeling away. On a presentation front, the fountain in front of the foyer was also not working. In my opinion its the little things that let the International down. Aside from the maintenance issues the staff were friendly and check in and out was a breeze. Room service food quality was great, Thai Beef salad and beer battered chips were fantastic!

Spent a night here on the way to a conference over east. Lovely rooms & Staff, Drinks were superb. Did not try the food but the Restaurant seemed busy enough. Will be staying again in the future.

Great interior, good value for money, nice atmosphere, good options, however grass is not well kept, cobwebs and dirt on external windows, water feature not in use.

What a fantastic hotel! We stayed here last night and it was incredible, I love the buffet meals, the swimming pool and most importantly, the room. The bed was very comfortable and spacious and the ginormous bathroom was very clean and spacious and the rain shower experience was very luxurious. I love the hotel and also the area surrounding it. Thank you for a great experience and I will definitely be back

We went for the popular buffet only. Make sure you book first. They don't accept walk in. The best value Buffet by the river at Perth is without doubt. Nothing fancy but the view is good. I like the way they supply the water rather than soft drinks.

I have given this place one star because there is no lower score. We came here on 29/12/18 for breakfast. It was a $15 buffet that we were really looking forward to. There were 3 cheap and nasty commercial cereals, only one type of juice, orange juice which I am allergic to. I asked the waitress if there were different types of juice and recieved a flat out NO.
The hot food was okay although limited types of bread. White, whole meal and brown already sliced bread was provided. The coffee was like dishwater.
I kept thinking the pastries, yoghurts and fresh fruits were still coming but they didnt appear. I went to ask if they would be coming as the only thing that was out beside the hot food was a large bowl of tinned fruit salad. No cream or anything to go with it and no bowls to be seen.
The waitress was quite rude when I asked her about the rest of the setup and pointed out that it is only a $15 buffet and that's all you're going to get for it. Overall the wait staff were quite off hand, surely and lazy. Very disappointed. I had heard good reports about this place but did not see the evidence of this.

Great rooms and great staff. The buffet breakfast was ok. The pool was great. Under cover free parking was a bonas.the pool table cost $2.

I went to a Saturday night buffet. The place is nice however taste of food was not as good as expected also almost an hour before finishing they stopped topping up.

Room 87 bath was out of service and fridge was not working. Overcharged on movies and when signing out no detailed receipt was provided. Otherwise I still enjoyed my stay and the bar man at the pub was very professional.

In a word; weird. Lovely staff but weird south east asian resort style vibe to the decor. Bath had scuff marks all over it and half the power plugs were broken too. Functional for a night before a flight though

What a wonderful place to have lunch, we went there today and it was so good I have to say it was PICTURE PERFECT in every sense of the word.
Well done to all the Staff I’m sure we will be BACK, good pick Ro.

Having made a reservation for tonight several days ago, it was disappointing to find that no table had been set & reserved for us.
Our meals were enjoyed, so too the views. The staff were helpful.
Unfortunately, despite notifying reception that the Ladies washroom needed attention, by the end of the evening, nothing had been done. Very disappointing!

Stayed 1 night Christmas Day/night the bar closed at 8am and no room service Christmas Lunch was good there was a BBQ witch was horrible at $25 a rip off we were not told the bar would be closed at 8pm and no management on duty from a health and safety aspect it was wrong not be staying here again for the price

Went for lunch, staff were attentive. Parking very easy. Ordered the fish & chips, the fish portion was a bit on the small size but was ok for a lunch, it was only $18.00. They have an outdoor street food place on the balcony overlooking the river which looked quite good. Also had some easy listening live music playing which was enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone after a nice relaxing sunday lunch & drinks.

Waited 40 minutes for our dinner the "buffet" is as empty as me on the inside food is mediocre at best some rooms are decent the others are filthy and the whole hotel isn't on full display

To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We booked & paid months ago for Christmas Day lunch. We booked for 8 but said that it maybe 10. When we arrived after waiting in a queue for at least 15 mins we were then taken to a table for 4. We advised them it was actually a table of 9 that had been booked & paid for but they argued it was for 4 until we showed them our receipts. From that point on it was just a complete fiasco. The food & beverage Manager did not give a dam & after 45 minutes they finally made a table up for us in a walk through area. We then had to queue at the bar for 25 minutes for a drink because they were so understaffed. It was fully booked so the Management were fully aware of how many people would turn up so they have no excuse for the lack of staff.
We would never go back there again and the attitude of the Manager was appalling.

Great hotel and very friendly staff with great food what more could you ask for, it’s very convenient for the airport, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.

Rooms are nice but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Front desk was rude both times when checking in and checking out. Phone service is shocking in the rooms, food was way below average and a deposit of $500 for the room is way too much. You guys will go bankrupt soon!
