I am only a new customer to ID Automotive having to take my recently purchased Cruiser to them for a warranty repair and Ben and Vicky were absolutely wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was today with the service of ID Automotive Repairs in Port Kennedy. We have used you before, and found the experience quite positive.

But wanted to particularly complement you on Ben, who took the time to explain to us what he did with our car, and even hoisted up the car and walked us through underneath. He was so helpful, and the cost for trying to locate the fault (which is not easy because we've been trying to pinpoint it for 18 months now) was more than reasonable. Your customer service gives me great confidence not only to continue to use ID Auto, but to confidently recommend you to others.

Update: I had another unrelated problem arise a month or so after our previous visit (turned out to be a wheel bearing). ID Autos were able to quickly diagnose and fix same day. And although I had been told by another company who recently sold me new tyres that a certain part under the car needed replacing, when ID Autos investigated, they advised that while they were willing to replace, they didn't think that it was in need of replacing just yet. I really appreciate that ID Autos don't oversell - only do the work that is asked or required. If you are looking for an honest mechanic who knows their stuff, I happily recommend ID Auto Repairs.

The best workshop I have ever seen. Clean, modern with great lighting. All the people are friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable. It has been a pleasant experience throughout. Would recommend to anyone.

A BIG thank you to Ian and the team for the patience they have shown in getting my troublesome car back on the road. Ian, Vicky, Ben and Mick always kept me informed of progress and major work was completed to a high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and will always take my car to them for servicing and repairs. A very friendly, and knowledgeable, team with a nice clean office and workshop.
