I had to cancel my booking of taking my bike over the pits due to the transport company, they ended up changing plans again. The team at ID automotive were so accomadating to my roster and manged to squeeze me in on my intial day that I had booked. They were pretty easy to deal with eve keeping my bike in the warehoise out of the elements till I could pick it up I would 100% recommend this company and will be going back when i need to take my other cars over the pits.

Many thanks for great service, even though the repairs took longer than anticipated the final bill was still under the quote. It's nice to not have to clean my garage floor every time I move the car. Only complaint was waiting to get the car in for repair, but that is just a reflection of the popularity of the company. Will definitely call again but will book in earlier next time.

I took my car in because my headlights didn’t work and they told me it would cost $640 to repair because the part was expensive. I said to not fix my car and looked the part up online myself and saw it for $50. I ordered the part and installed it myself in about 5 mins and the problem was completely fixed. I am very disappointed with their service

Took my vehicle to have a Defect notice fixed today and they were so helpful, absolutely outstanding Customer Service Experience, I will be back and will bring my other vehicles to be taken care of. I would highly not recommend about thinking of taking your car here. We took our car in for a warranty repair and before they started working on our car. They damaged the rear bumper of our car. They lied to us regarding the storage of our car which they stated that our car would be inside the worship at all times and looked after. Our car was left outside the whole time, it was there. The damage to which they have done to our back bumper, they are denying and falsely accusing us of the damage. Which was in their care of the car when the damage happened.which we have camera footage of, no damage when our car left our house and damage when we got our car back.
Now they are saying it was damaged in our care, which is a lie. We have been through our ctv footage 10 times and still have not seen any footage were it was damaged in our care, and we would know about it, if we did do any damage this business cannot be trusted.
I would stay away from this place to avoid any damage

I had occasion recently to take a boat trailer to ID auto repaires to get it checked as roadworthy to get it licenced. Very helpful informative and went out of there way to make it a good experience. I will be getting all my mechanical repairs completed there from now on, good on ya troops keep up the good work.

If I could rate a zero, I would. Inspection took twice as long as promoted and car failed due to incredibly innocuous and trivial reasons such as differences in globe brightness. Many, many people I have shown the report to have been shocked and angry at the outcome.
