Everytime I order here it’s a disappointment. Never coming back again. Stay away, terrible service. Can’t do anything properly.

Food always so fresh here, always enjoy my meal, staff very friendly and helpful staff, I have never had a bad experience here, very clean everytime I go there.

This place is useless. Every tine I have been the order has been wrong, they have either been understaffed or really poor management. I have heard managers belittle and treat staff horribly. I have been a couple of times, and swore Id never go back.

The Asian Manager, Jeff, is very unhygienic. Wipes his runny nose with his hand all over his face then serves food and money at the till. Pours the drinks and scoops the chips. I was horrified and insisted he wash his hands immediately before serving me. He was disgusted at me asking, proceeded to do so reluctantly. Everyone else on line thanked me for demanding it. He also struggles to speak English. You are forced to wait ages before being served because he's got his finger in every pie bossing everyone around achieving nothing. Honestly drive another 10 minutes further and go to Canning Highway, South Perth. It will be a healthier safer choice.

Ordered 2 hamburgers and 1 cheeseburger. Ended up with 3 cheeseburgers without pickles, tomato sauce or mustard.

Just went thru the drive through. While waiting, we were looking in the view windows at the back of the kitchen area facing into the drive through.
Manageress NOT setting a good example. Was refilling the patty machine without wearing gloves

Honestly this outlet can use much needed improvement. The entire lot is running by youngsters, which makes the food a bit of hit and miss. Sometimes good sometimes not good. I’m rating 3 stars because i fink the service and workers quality of life can be improved. Also not that anything wrong with it but this joint got some of funniest manager i ever seen, they all have that tough guy act and this manager asked us to see the voucher of hungry jacks for 2$ onion ring and he basically extended his neck from the drive through to inside out car which we found hilarious and could not stop laughing for the whole week! Lol

It was very busy that time and due to less staff members, the service was quite slow.
Not the fault of staff members though, they were doing their best.
I found the preparation and service of food rather transparent than others'. It is beacuse of the infrastructure of the building.
Instead of being a new branch, it was busy more than usual. May be because of its accessibility or the location just in the proximity of fuel station.

This is such a convenient location for us! Eady to get to with adequate park. Only downside is there's no seating in store, I believe, or if si, not much so yes, a small store but such a handy location with a 7/11. We stop by for a quick fix before or after the city to avoid congestion there.

Fresh. Speedy and the best HJ's I have had in years. Efficient and effective drive through setup. Remember to shake in the app!

Horrible management, untrained and uneducated managers, gross food, holy moly. Senior person's attitude was so bad I will never come back. Only thing going for them is the self served sugary drinks.

The worst drive through in Perth. So slow it's actually quicker driving to another HJs or maccas in another suburb. Avoid unless necessary.

Great place for a hot morning brekkie on your way to work. Pretty fast service and the staff is very nice and friendly. 5 stars.

Been there at 10.25pm and it was closed already. Staff very unproffesionell, took ≈15minutes for a whopper and forgot my coke aswell

We've been visiting this one for couple times and not really satisfied with their service not food. Since it's recently opened, as for the facility it's new and nice. For food, well somehow it was way worse to dine in bc the burgers were so unfresh, tables were dirty, it seemed like nobody cared it. Takeouts were better than that. Oh and my little suggestion is to place a menu other than the screen board since it has too many small words, which were not clearly visible. Had a little struggle with ordering.

Opening hours are a bit weird, they also asked to leave at 10pm (really?).
but the management is good and the food is good FOR NOW! Lol

Slow and I mean really slow, plus no management of drive through, the person who arrived 5 minutes after me got served first and that’s after waiting 10 minutes. Pick up your speed and customer service skills.

To: the person who asked why store is not open 24/7.
HJ asked for 24 hr trading in the planning application, but the Town of Victoria Park refused to approve it. HJ are trading in the hours which were approved.

Blt wrap with avocado. Bought 2 that were thrown together without avocado. New HJ's in Carlisle what's going on.
