Hungry Jack's Burgers Carlisle

If I could give them 0 stars I would every time I come and order food they get it wrong but my partner food is perfect now I have to drive back to get what I played for never going back there

They are really busy with drive-through customers but got my order within minutes. Super impressed

I had such a unpleasant experience. It was 10: 20pm at night and I used the drive through to order the following:

1. Bacon Beluxe+Med coke (with voucher $6) &
2.6 pack of Nuggets
3. Cheesy Bacon class fried chicken meal
4.small chip (win by the shake)

The staff, who was an Asian-looked lady in the black uniform wearing a coloured contact lens with dyed hair, took my order. She was so impatient, careless and rude. Firstly, in the middle of taking my order, she stopped answering the intercom for like 1 min as if i order too slow. Secondly, even though she scanned the voucher, I still got charged full price for the Bacon Beluxe+Med coke, which I suspect she did not bother to change the price due to the extra steps. Third, I have one coke missing. Finally, when I ask for the receipt, she gave me rolling eye look along with tsk-ing sound.

I felt so angry due to the unfair and un-respected. I will not go back to the store again.

Our experience in the Hungry Jack's Burgers was fantastic last night. Very well organised, friendly staff, spot-on service and the burger was absolutely delicious!

The server was incredibly rude with a really poor attitude. She may well have been having a bad day, but we won't be back, Why would you when there are plenty other options where you don't get the attitude

Was asked to come in and taste the new Big Jack and Mega Jack. Myself and a friend both agree both our burgers were dry, not hot enough, NOT ENOUGH SAUCE, NO TASTE.

Expected better as HJ is usually my go to for a fast burger.

Horrible Staff and management. They gave us one less burger in our dine-in order and upon asking they lied that it was full order. When I requested them to check the cameras as I was not lying they started commenting on our Race and was very rude. The manager who was on shift at 24/07/20 9.30pm started blaming us instead of checking on his staff. They are not worth of even 1 star.

Decent food, fresh made, quick enough and friendly service. Sometimes missing food from the drive through.

Seriously you got wrong staff. Wed 29 july i have to collect order at 6.00 pm they accepted at 6.45. Seriously how long they gonna take to prepare it.bad service.

Its a hit or miss. If its not busy its amazing burgers, better than a lot of other joints but other times, like when its busy, it drop dramatically in quality. However its surprisingly good a lot of the times.

Better than any other hungry jacks i went to that's for sure

Worst store in perth, if their orders are not incorrect the food is cold, staff are incompetent, avoid here if you would like an enjoyable food experience

I have called up Hungry Jack’s Carlisle regarding about my drive-thru order. The manager who I spoke to is arrogant. I called up as there’s been a mistake in our order, and I would like to politely give a feedback that “I understand that it’s busy but it’s always important for your crew to always double check what’s inside the bag and make sure that it’s the right order before they hand it over to us. ” And he replied, “Well, that’s what we do, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE THE ONE CHECKING THEIR BAG ANYWAY. ” And I told him, that we’ve been asked to park and made us wait and I don’t have time for that as we’ve waited long enough.

So whoever is this male manager working on the 13 June 2020 around 6PM. He shouldn’t be in his position.

It was a small but cosy outlet. There were plenty of tables available. It is located behind the gas station. We grabbed a few burgers and had a quick lunch. It didn't take too long to get the food and it was alright.

This place is very terrible if you’re looking for work don’t let your children or anyone you know apply for this place. The management is so bad I seen this indian lady who was the manager I’m guessing yell at one of her employees for something he didn’t do. She also throw a drink at some of the new employees. That employee was also my nephew and now he’s Traumatised to want to work again. Worst place ever and the food was cold when I received it

Bad Hygiene in this place can be seen in drive thru youngsters just youngsters playing with the food definitely avoid going there! !

HJs is HJs. New store, everything looks fresh and clean. Parking layout is weird as hell though, best off to park at the 7-11 right next to it.

I live right next to this place.they get our order wrong 50% of the time.tonight 2 of the drinks in our last order were orange juice.both were 3/4 water. I don't think anyone giving this place 5 stars has actually been there.i think the kids are trying but they seem very disorganised

Great place, nice customer service.

Really fast food especially from a guy called Davin he was making burgers at the speed of light.
