Hungry Jack's Burgers Carlisle

Flat soft drink, EXTREMELY salty fries from last week and a cold burger! Thought I'd give HJ's a go again after a few years. Never again.

Nice clean outlet. For once in a HJs I got everything hot, except the milkshake of course.

Quick service via the drive through on a busy warm day. Our burgers were fresh and made to our specifications and the chips were perfectly salty

Ordered two whoppers and was about to pay. Then manager came forward and did they could not sell whoppers today. No whoppers at HJ's. I didn't know what to do. Left empty handed

The girl at the counter took wrong order and over charged me then the supervisor with big moustache short guy did not do anything about it and was quite rude and didnt wanna refund just the extra charge and refunded me the whole amount and asked me to pay correct amount again rude service returned your burgers i also wanted to add some bacon in my burger but the girl said they made it already before i paid and the girl keeps arguing with me will for sure let my family friends know about it all nobody will eat at your place you suck i will also complaint to head office for wasting my time on 22 October 2023 time 8.05 PM

Can get hectic when trying to turn in to park or into drive, though, as on the busiest intersection on Orrong Rd.

I love this hungry jacks! They serve food REALLY fast and the staff are kind and helpful.the only down side is that the internet in there is TRASH the onion rings are really good

Worst experience as always at hungry jacks carlisle, there manager is very rude immanerred and staff is very lazy.they make delivery drivers to wait at outside window in this hot sunmer.and they even don't listen to them.they don't tell the exact time of preparing the order.i talked to the manager and he ask me that you can cancel the order now after half hour.it's very rude and unprofessional by the manager name " Deepak ".

Whoever made my meal this morning made it a 10/10, absolutely perfect food from the double whopper cheese no pickle to the coke tasting perfect and chips with extra salt on point.

This HJ's is normally say a 5/10 because of no 25hr service on top and food stuff being literally "okay" (my main pet peave is the drinks tasting very off, not bad but not fantastic somehow) but today has made me happy with the average of outcome from this store because the taste and outcome of all products I purchased from it was

9 bucks for a burger and it’s cold, how hard is it for a shop that specializes in burgers to get it right? This store is hopeless

Overall it is what you would expect from a fast food outlet. Fast, and fairly friendly. No problems with the food so far and only 2 wrong orders so far in 5 years of frequenting here! So yeah. Good job.

Been there a number of times. The food's good but most of the time they get the order wrong so you have to check it.

I just went through the drive through and was meant to receive a double cheeseburger and only received a single burger. I couldn't turn around cause I have to be at work. Please sort it out.

I done my order off the machine and was waiting for 20mins then I asked where my order was apparently they didn’t receive it but the money had come out of my bank I showed the Manger of the store think his name was dipak or something and apparently there was nothing he could do to help me and I didn’t have anymore money to make anther order so I went hungry, worse services I have ever come across in my life this guy should not be a manager when I asked for the customer service number so I can see if there was something they could do he told me he didn’t have it all he was saying is there’s nothing he could do.

Onion rings weren’t fresh and hot. Their jacks brekky roll was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. Yes I know I’m reviewing a fast food joint.

This Hungry Jacks is always tidy enough and the rush seems to be of a consistent pace too, so getting service isn't very difficult. Been eating from here quite regularly as it is close to my house but never had any complaints. Staff seem knowledgeable as well, otherwise some fastfood stores are notorious for getting the orders incorrect, but this outlet seems to train their staff well enough.

Bought a whopper tonight. I know lettuce is supposed to be expensive but there was only 1 strand lettuce. The mayonnaise was only in the centre, there were three sad pickles, 1 piece of tomato and very little sauce. So it was very dry and unappetising. Looks nothing like the advertisement. Really awful experience.

It's very interesting fast food. Great looking place but I think the veggie burger didn't taste right. I like the chicken burgers so i would've given it 5 starts but the veggie burger loses 2 stars for me.

Also, the time I was there the service was a little bit chaotic. And I didn't see a leader/supervisor at the place but there was a lot of rowdy teenagers making burgers. Good burgers.

A shot of coffee with warm milk poured into it is not ‘barista coffee’ and it’s definitely not the cappuccino I ordered. Tried calling the store but number rings through. Very average.

If I wanted a meat and cheese burger, I would have asked for one but I ordered a whopper with cheese meal. You should compare what you serve to the photos from where one makes there choice. What a disappointment when it came with two end pieces of tomato the size of a 50 cent piece.the same with the pickle and a bit of greenybrown stuff. The top and bottom bun touched all the way around, nothing like the photo. I'm in my 60 now but 40 years ago a whopper was a whopper then a yumbo for desert. If only one could wind the clock back. So lift your game please so one can enjoy is night out.
P.s. Large chips I ordered and I was given a little satchel with no more than 25 chips in it. Need I say more.
