Hungry Jack's

So disappointed with their service. I bought 2 meals plus 2 soft serve cone. The young girl gave me the ice cream without a holder. How can I carry 2 individual Icecrm and 2 meals with drink? I asked for a paper holder to put the Icecrm. She rejected and said they don't have. Then just put it on the table. She never think of what is hygiene. How can you put the Icecrm on the table and walked away. I talked to the other girl. Finally, she gave me the paper holder but hopelessly cannot hold the Icecrm. I tried to take everything and left. However, the Icecrm dropped from the holder and made my hand a mess. I took it back to the counter and told the other girl said I don't want it anymore. I told them it is free to that girl. I dnt mind to waste a little bit money but I just need someone to learn what is custome service.

Great service especially the young girl at the front who was very friendly and they have great food!

Slow service been waiting 20 mins for our food is just a tendercrisp and whooper is not good enough they doing the drive thru order first even though we been waiting like 20.mins

Hungry Jacks are a huge disappoint. I was in the store 2 nights before The Eagles Grand final. As a major sponsor of our great club, not one balloon, streamer, pic or words of engagement from a major sponsor of our great football team. Shame on you

Very nice burgers. Wish they are always same quality and fresh.

New vegan burger has ruined the traditional vegie burger. No taste. By the way peri peri in burger extra charge, not before.

Very disapointed with burger I brought today, the bun was dry, there was no onions, 1 piece of tomato, no pickles and a little bit of lettuce. Definately not the Whoppers I rememberwhen growing up. Will not be going to this store again.

This place needs to be health inspected and possibly shut down because this place is constantly dirty and who knows how many times they clean the area.

Walked in the door and my shoes almost stuck to the floor from the spilt soft drinks.

The kids playground had food everywhere and the previous guests were long gone.

Just plain filth. Staff obviously do not care.

This is the only Jack's I order from as it's always fresh and friendly. Beeliar Jacks is shocking so I travel here and have never had an issue.

We visited on the second January 2018 and found the place filthy and the odour was close to unbearable! Floors, walls and furnishings need a thorough clean and bins emptied of what smelt like old nappies. Considering calling the health department to investigate further.

Good place to hang out on a quieter time, late afternoon. Could have been another star if the coffee machine worked and had my large flat white w/ 1 sugar.

Drive-thru server today 08/08/17 at 5: 40pm - rude and no customer service skills. Got the order wrong and rude when corrected. Onion rings are like cardboard. Burgers are better at KFC.

Worst services ever.manager was just busy in cracking jokes with staff he didnt care that customer is waiting for order.he confirmed 2 times my order but still he gave wrong takeaway.ridiculous customer services i have ever seen
