They stuffed up both my my orders.had to wait 2min for chips and iam the only one in there? !? !? !?

Hot chocolate, more like warm milk!
We had to go in the waiting bay for a coffee and hot chocolate. When I got the hot chocolate, it was hardly warm and tasted just like milk.

Today at lunchtime we went to hungry jacks southlake for a drive thru and I ordered a tendercrisp salad. I ate it right away out of hunger and noticed instantly that the chicken’s inside was slimey. I thought it was the mayo in the salad that was causing it as the meat itself doesn’t taste rancid. After finishing the salad, i had a bit of tendercrisp left so i took a bite and it was still slimey. To my horror, i found the inside of the meat raw! Not just undercook but raw and it was for all of the meat i ate. I just want to say how disgusting and unsafe the food service was. Its just unacceptable to serve raw/uncooked piece of meat as its the perfect host for a lot of bacterias and illness. Im just monitoring myself and hoping that i wont develop salmonella or gastroenteritis for consuming the meat. Please highlight to your staff the importance of serving cooked food!

Great burgers, Unfortunately the fries were actually inedible due to over saturation of salt, and being cold! Gross.

South Lake Hungry Jacks sadly is one of the worst HJ I been too. Longest waiting times, cold food and 80% of time missing food. The staff are very polite and while the worst one I’ve been too HJ has always had decent service quality just this one is below average then others I have been too. Once you improve the drive through times and make burgers warmer then it’s perfectly fine

This was my "salad" from hjs. I know what your thinking, yeah you bought a salad from Hjs what did you expect.except all im trying to do in my life is make healthier choices when im out and about. It would be nice if they could put a tiny bit of effort into preparing their food.

They are really good here great customer service because of the covid-19 restrictions gradually lifting they are having trouble keeping up with orders but there very kind and patien.

The meal was fine, but the packaging was waaaaay over the top. I ordered ONE meal and Uber eats delivered it with all these bags!?

They forgot to give me the drink from a meal, dipping source for nuggets and told me there was no onion in the burger while there were plenty. Chips were too salty. Gahhh.

This place was really cool! Food was good, wifi was good and got to see lots of the local culture!

That Smokey bbq beef burger was superb but the loaded cheesy Fries weren't so good. The bursties are very good too!

I had chips from here recently. They were very bad quality. I took them back to inform them of the quality issue and was polite, apparently too polite, because my food was binned yet I wasnt offered a refund or a replacement? ! Maybe this is why customers get rude if that's what you have to do to actually receive service these says? !

Disappointing. We waited so long for our food to get this The young lady working in the back did not look like she cared about her job at all. 27/10/19

25 minutes in drive thru for 1 burger with like warm beef party that looked like it was thrown together from across the room. What a JOKE!

Definitely the worst hungry jacks in the world charge you for heavy mayo but can never seem to put any on. I understand most of the people that work here have an iq lower than 40 but it's really not that hard. Last time I ever go here

Not exactly fast food, is every time you use the drive through theymake you park in the car park and wait

Went to this store with my partner this morning. Had a small issue with my order. The crew member resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Before we left, the manager Eugene introduced himself and told me that he was watching the incident on cctv. He offered me a small compensation for my inconvenience, even though the issue was already resolved. I have never encountered this level of customer care and would like to offer my congratulations to Eugene for the care and concern he shows to his customers. A true asset to the organisation

You're better off crossing the freeway to the cockburn HJs, food will be fresher and staffed more appropriately.

Staff dont care. Was waiting to be served. Chick turned around. Looked at me. And went back to what ever she was doing

Shockingly bad customer service was asked if I still wanted my order afte also taking out cash via eftpos.
