Hungry Jack's

Looks like this place has run out of veggies for burgers. Do us all a favor, just walk across the road and buy some fresh produce. The burgers are just effing Bread and Chicken with sauce - no Lettuce, no effing tomatoes? What's wrong?

I've enjoyed the plant based burger. It's as good as any meat burger, surprisingly. Fast and excellence service.

The worse burgers ever, more onion than meat, food cold, service slow, staff ok.everything cut so thick couldn't bite through.won't go back there. Had to park and wait, even though no other customers, Kentucky was full with more cars waiting, nobody at your store, shows why after we ate.

I bought the 5 pieces boneless chicken, regular chips and coke. Over priced.
HJs TV advertising their boneless chicken they ought to be charged with contravening the trades practice act.

I'm feeling quite ill after the disgusting burger they gave me today. By the time I took these pictures, I had already filled 2 napkins full of mayonnaise, I scraped out more before eating but now have a sharp pain in my stomach. Are you trying to kill people? The bacon was like an old leather boot and the chips were old and tough too. 5pm Saturday. Lift your game before you put someone in hospital.

Ordered online on way to store and still had to wait almost 15 mins to get over cooked onion rings. Ordered at KFC instore when we got there and the order was out and eat before we got our meals. Piss poor service since it wasn't really busy.

Poor customer service. My friend lost his AirPods here and after we called and had checked if they were in the playground, the worker we called said no. Later during the day we walked down there and found them luckily sitting in the playground.

I go here when I am hungover and they get the order wrong every single time without fail. Maybe I should stop drinking.

I had a vegan value meal, I enjoyed it. It was hot when received and the chips also fresh. A bit too much mayo though

Poor customer service got cut off 6 times whilst trying to order, got told to wait in bay as they were supposedly making food fresh. Once we received order, it was one burger short and chips were cold and stiff, found a rotten one.would have taken back but were not given a receipt. Very disappointed

The pork belly deluxe is absolutely disgusting. My little bloke and I had them last weekend. Bloody aweful. I can't believe you are allowed to advertise with that beautiful photo and you serve up slop in 2 small buns.

Excellent place specially employees Fahd Kaba and Harry Spackman they really know how to prep meals amazingly they definitely deserve a huge raise the store is lucky to have them

Ordered through Hungry jack APP and my meal available very shortly. I ordered the bacon deluxe meal but I was disappointed with the taste. I won't order this again.

Obviously Covid Safe Plan does not include wiping tables between patrons. Has children's playgrund.

Maybe next time someone asks for fresh chips because they're cold, don't just pour them back into the same batch and re-serve them?

Very disappointed with the service. Even less impressed with their disgusting toilets. All in all an unpleasant experience

Love it know someone there, and they all do an amazing job.sometimes they make mistakes but they always redeem themselves.

If zero stars was a possible this place deserves it. - - *Order was made wrong
*we were parked, order made wrong again
*had to drive through again to get our order made for the 3rd time which was made poorly. There was zero offer to replace the cold fries. Spoke with Bree the manager who doesn't seem to know what's going on. Aside from the terrible product it's accompanied by even worse customer service.

Pic is if the new spicy Jack, it's definitely not worth $10 for the size.

An amazing store, I always come in and enjoy the coffees and fast service. Not to mention the friendly employees.

Fast and prompt service through the drive through.
Using the HJ's app is great as you can order before you drive through give them your code and it's all paid for and the burgers were fresh.
The restaurant is clean and the seating is well set out of you prefer to dine in.
