Honestly can't remember the last time I've received the right order from here. Just bought and paid for an Aussie double and received a single through menulog. I try to let this stuff go but after years in retail both food and non-food I find it unacceptable that most of these places wont honor the order and send another item for free. I've paid for something and haven't received it.

Terrible had a fly in my whooper with cheese on the lettuce. Management was quick to grab the fly off the burger. Do not eat from this disgraceful establishment.

Food is fine. Service is poor. The restrooms are filthy. They didn't have toilet roll, and staff were reluctant to find any.

Ive had my past 3 orders in the drive through get stuffed up some way or another, usually foods fresh though and the staff are very friendly plus helpful

So disappointed as I always order from the branch at wanneroo but today I found fungus in my double whopper
Went back to talk to manager and he told me its something to deal with kitchen and utilities
I asked for a refund and hardly he gave me the money of only the sandwich.he didn't offer a refund for the whole meal price after loosing my appetite
Hope I wont get sick as I got babies to look after and can not handle bring sick now

Easily one of the worst hungry jacks in Perth.
Always have ridiculous waits in drive through for no apparent reason.

I just arrived at HJ’s Wanneroo at 9.58 and over the intercom they said “Sorry we’re closed. ” (close time I admit is 10pm so i know it’s kinda close, so I asked what time they close and they said 10pm. I then replied “So, you have no food at all I could order? ” to which they replied the till was closed, sorry. Really? They run a tight ship in that place, so make sure you’re very early. So I guess it’s Maccas instead

After 9pm u are not allowed to have your food in the shop
Although they close at 10, it must be a take away order after 9

Just ordered 2 Stunner Meals in drive thru and came away with 1.5 meals. Tried to ring when got home and no answer even though had 20mins to closing! Very unhappy!

Drive thru was so slow.chips was cold.
Ask why slow she said terminal was down.
I don't think so.staff was very slow.
No manners! ! All staff needs training.

Didn't get to go to McDonald's couldn't get off Wanneroo road to get in there due to roadworks

Usually ordered in store customer service was pretty good. This morning I ordered a drive-thru, the mature lady had trouble understanding my order although she asked me twice. It’s fine, she asked again when I got to the “pay counter”. No smile, no thank you, just not friendly at all. Coffee turned out to be tasteless, food wasn’t hot. I understand that’s fast food service, but still can be friendly, and doesn’t hurt to say “thanks” and “smile”

Food was delicous but they were taking orders with a pencil and paper, the girl on drive thru wasnt very polite said 'is that it" 3 times in my order manner dont cost a thing. Like in said food was fun cos they are making it when you pull up to pay due to the pencil and paper.

Too nearly 20 mins to get through the drive thru, and then half the order was missing. By the time we finally got what we paid for it was a freezing gooey mess. Not pleasant

Some of the staff are just plain rude. Carrying on a conversation and orders always missing or wrong

Friendly staff but service was slow and I received wrong order. Only found out when got home. Too far and late to drive back.

They never get the order right.i asked for sprite and got a different drink tasted like Flat soda water.your staff don’t even know the drinks

How can you not take a simple order?
Meat cheese and tomato sauce only. I said it twice at the voice box and at the window I corrected my order as he said did you want plain?
No I want meat cheese and tomato sauce only

No sauce very frustrating after correcting 3 times

Slow, order not what I asked for but didn't look at receipt till after i left. Seemed to be tension amongst staff. Girl who made my coffee had her fingers on the drinking area of the lid. Not overly impressed.

Horrible, me and 3 of my friends got bad food poisoning from the beef. 10/10 do not recommend, we have never felt so ill in our lives & we have been throwing up neon yellow bile
