Always have to park and wait for food when going through drive thru.
Food orders always incorrect

I grew a beard in the time it took to go through the drive through. Come on you can do better than that. This is ridiculous.

Dont waste your time, money or petrol.
Wait for ages just for them to get the order wrong every time ive come through.

Recently on many occasions this place felt very under staffed. With a huge back log of cars we were asked to park up in their waiting bays for just 4 frozen drinks and 4 small chips. After what felt like almost an eternity I walked into the store I saw my order sitting on the branch behind the cashier. A bit frustrated I offered to collect my food and take it to my car myself because they were so busy simply so that we could get back on the road again. Hence the meaning of the words "Drive-Through". Friendly staff but just not enough working at the same time on any one shift.

It didn't even deserve 1 star.i would have to say that this hjs is the worse place ever. Thought I would go through drive through and order 2 meals. The chips were hard and stone cold. Probably cooked at lunch time. The burger was no better. Cold is not necessarily good. Will be staying clear of wanneroo hjs for sure.

I take issue with being charged 35c to change from BBQ sauce to ketchup. Not really facilitating the whole "have it my way" mentality anymore are we? Must be a new COVID charge?

Chips are cold and actually tough, burger is cold also

Stopped ordering from maccas because you guys were better but now the quality is rubbish

Ordered the hunger tamer on uber.eats got delivered and empty bag with just a drink and now they are ignoring my calls. Is this some kind of sick joke.

Waited 10+ minutes in drive through, item was missing from order and manager was rude and didn't want to help and then they closed

Never got what i ordered after making sure 3 times the girl understood the order. It was one meal not multiple meals and i was the only one in the drive-thru.

Usually okay but I know cheap short cuts when I see them. I use to work for the same managers. My orange juice taste like water.straight up water. Fix it

Always get fast and friendly service at this store. Drive thru is always busy so I go In and order and am always served promptly.

Food was good. Had hoped to dine in, but, aircon made it less desirable. It was raining outside, so we ate in the car. 4 stars, this time.

Lazy staff. The counter lady is on a bad mood everyday. The manager is so lazy. All restaurants are allowing dine-in but not HJ even after 10 days of suspended restrictions.

Order chip buddy got this thing. Looked like it got kicked around the floor before they put it in the bag

Food was ok but they were taking orders with a pencil and paper, the girl on drive thru wasnt very polite said 'is that it" 3 times in my order manner dont cost a thing. Like in said food was fun cos they are making it when you pull up to pay due to the pencil and paper.

Updated review I have since been twice since my original review first visit resulted in the wrong meal.second visit I didn't get to order because for 10 minutes I stood a the counter without even eye contact from the 3 staff working on the counter.

This place has some of the worst customer service ever from 3 stars to 1 dont waste your time.

Update: against better judgement we stopped in here on.the way home today, it is incocivable to me how people can do so poorly on such a simple task. All out orders where wrong! I would call and complain but the managers don't care obviously as the service has only continued to go down hill since opening.

Just went to order a muffin breaks meal only to be told coffees machine broken. But they were going to charge me the same price minus the coffee. When I bought this up the girl just looked at me with s dumb look. Lucky McDonald's is next door.

Just another typical fast food outlet that priorities Menulog and uber eats over its actual patrons. Pathetic establishment. Staff consistently argue with all of my staff at a shop two doors down. Stubborn attitudes, poor food quality, poor speed, AVOID
