Loved walking into HJ'S Wanneroo and seeing mature aged people serving as I knew I was going to get great service and fresh hot food.
Friendly staff Awesome service
AND the lady serving myself knew how to make a cup of tea yes yes yes

I don't review often but this deserves a mention. Ordered 3 burgers in the drive thru. Got told to park and wait. Waited 20 mins before going in and asking what was the hold up. They didn't have the order at all. But had my money. Their resolve was to give me 2 burgers that I ordered because the 3rd burger was another 8 mins to make. Then the manager got angry with me because I paid cash instead of on my card. I told him to just keep the money. Maybe you guys could use it to employ competent staff and managers.

Every single time I order here, I get scammed out of an item, any extras I’ve ordered on my burgers, cold food, I live locally so I’ve been here a few times, it’s getting ridiculous.

Food was good but very limited in drinks & some machines (drinks & ice cream)
Poor staff were run of there feet, yet to there credit they were still respectful and apologized for the machines breaking down, all with smiles on their face

Ordered 2 big brekky wraps. Had to wait 5min after paying then wait another 6min to collect the order. Got home and had 2 normal brekky wraps not happy

This place has really improved over the years we have lived in Wanneroo. Everything has gone up in quality. Our go to Choice atm for fast food

Fairly stock standard food, the area was a bit untidy, and the restroom was not really tidy at all. The kids were too busy having a good time

Only 3 staff food was far to long of a wait, about 25 minutes. Plus to be fair the staff had to deal with some ruff customer's. The place wasn't the cleanest with the excuse of a wet floor sign just plonked in the service area.

Jasmine had outstanding customer service and acted with professionalism - got my order the specific way i liked and was very fast.

Worst customer service.these kids must be trained properly. Not asking for overly attention.smile, greet and say thank you is enough! It's management team should look into these

Walked in and waited for 5 minutes, no one said a word or asked anything, then I just walked out.

Food was ok but they were taking orders with a pencil and paper, the girl on drive thru wasnt very polite said 'is that it" 3 times in my order manner dont cost a thing. Like in said food was fun cos they are making it when you pull up to pay due to the pencil and paper.

Updated review I have since been twice since my original review first visit resulted in the wrong meal.second visit I didn't get to order because for 10 minutes I stood a the counter without even eye contact from the 3 staff working on the counter.

This place has some of the worst customer service ever from 3 stars to 1 dont waste your time.

Update: against better judgement we stopped in here on.the way home today, it is incocivable to me how people can do so poorly on such a simple task. All out orders where wrong! I would call and complain but the managers don't care obviously as the service has only continued to go down hill since opening.

Had to go back in because my order wasn't correct.
The guy who makes it seemed to be very disturbed by the fact that he needed to add a slice of cheese, threw my burger over the back counter it hit the wall then put the cheese with an excessive amount of sauce which i didn't ask for then threw the cheese over at some random place. Very unhygienic, immature staff. I don't think anyone will want to have the burger after seeing that. Didn't want to deal with these staff.

All I do is spend $4 at this place, the food is cold most of the time, not worth it for $15 a meal

Food not bad. But kids known to staff made an absolute mess of the dining room swearing throwing chairs and drinks around. Heard one of the staff tell another staff member to stop giving them food to to the havoc they caused.

They have a self serve screen now, which ridiculously asks for your email address. Even if there was some case for this, Hungry Jack's is and never will be busy enough to justify this rather than simply ordering at the front.

I found this such an obnoxious waste of my time that I just walked over to Subway instead and dealt with a person.

The young guy (I think his name was Alex?) was so friendly and helpful to customers and other staff! Great attitude. Cleanliness everywhere needs some serious attention though.

Took 24 minutes to get my breakfast, ordered before a guy who got angry then they decided let’s serve that guy first, got my food it was cold there was no sauce on the breakky wrap, the orange juice was more like orange water and was just a joke

The toilets in this restaurant were beyond filthy, no toilet paper and 1 toilet completely unusable, complained to staff and nothing happened whilst we were there, the tables floor and counters all filthy, the food cold and nothing like the advertised pictures, would never waste my money there again.

Verry disapointed order was wrong and food may aswell come out of the fridge, cool drinks were flat never again seems to becoming a trend with this franchise
