The chips was too salty this is second time I get food from you and it's salty I'm not happy at all.

Extremely busy.
Only 4 staff members were working, trying their best to serve customers on time.

I think they need more staff members during busy hours, like weekend nights etc.

I rate the food at HJ's but the service is sub par compared to their main rival. Also the dining rooms always messy and on this occasion the toilets were disgusting!

Dudes.so this was suppose to be cheese burgers minus pickles and mustard.pretty sure it has pickles but hey yay for no mustard.think ya forgot the tomato sauce tho. I was even parked so they could make and i asked the guy 3 times to be sure he got the order right.
All this after last weds night them giving my order to the car infront.reordering it and they didnt take out the tomato like asked.

I had received Hungry Jack special offer meal and went to buy some but I did not print the offer but the Hungry Jack girl gave me the offer menu paper sheet and I could order special

Not even worth the one star. Turkish Bread Burger nothing like the photo. It was old ingredients and stale bun. The restroom are disgusting especially at a food establishment.

Bought a stunner meal an it was a regret made me feel sick Chips stale & cheeseburger was really dry cheese was off chicken nuggets looks like they were left out for 2 weeks very dry crunchy small skinny chick with brown/blondish air really rude didn’t even ask what drink or burger I wanted just gave me a meal very disappointed paid $7 for my meal gave the lady $50 she returned me $35 but the manger next day fixed it up for me

My order took more than 15 mins to come for a chicken royale and I was the only person inside ordering at 6.40am.staff didnt seem competent.
4 staff and still took so long.

Absolutely ashamed with the service and the food quality.it was poor and very dry, so dry i had to go to woollies and buy a tub of yogurt to freshen my mouth and make it moist again.very ashamed and would not recommend

Can't speak for the business today, but 15 years ago the manager (I think his name was Kim), was the nicest manager out there. Always gave me the best Happy Meal toys. Ahhhh, good times. How I miss those childhood days. Nostalgia trip right here.

Very slow service. Very rude manager. Messed up my order twice and didn't even have any shake syrup. Untrained workers very disappointed. NEVER COME HERE WASTE OF TIME

Had a great experience with the manager (black dreadlocks) on Tuesday night. I had an order where I was concerned the wrong patty had been given to me as there was an extra patty of a different kind (vegan cheeseburger ones). We ordered the plant based rebel whoppers. The manager said he was confident they were the plant based patties but to allay my fears he remade them for me. Top customer service and will definitely bring me back more often with more confidence in HJ's ability to provide me quality oversight on my orders.

I get breakfast here, but sometimes it takes to long, so I had to stop going here as it is too much risk of being late for work.

Are you serious! That’s how you guys make a new cheeseburger? Buns only? Uber order from you guys, there was no chips at all and cheeseburger without a patty? You guys need more training I think…

I wouldn’t have ordered food from here if I had seen the toilets first. They were disgusting! The door into the toilets should have been an indication of what to expect!

The crew are constantly sitting there on their phones, ignoring customers. The food always takes forever and half the time isn't even good. Very disappointing.

Appalling cleanliness. I brought my infant in to change his nappy and the change table is only in the woman’s bathroom. So I had no choice. Then went to use it and it was full of old food and crumbs. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.
The rest of the bathroom and the restaurant was filthy too. Wont return here if the same management is around.

Recently, I visited this place with a friend. It was midsummer and it was already over 11am, but the air conditioner was turned off with all the doors closed. It was so hot we couldn't stay there long. They weren't at all caring for customers who ate in the store.
We also ordered the tropical burger meal they currently sell, and while we sat down after the checkout, someone came to us and asked us to choose a different content as we didn't have pineapple. A tropical burger without a pineapple? Does it make sense? Even this is not the first time. When I visited before that, they said they didn't have pineapples.
I visited it occasionally because it was near my house, but it was a place that lacked consideration for customers.
