Order fresh chips I asked twice and the crew kid was like yes its fresh and got the soggy one I ordered 3 large chips i was in hurry otherwise I will be going inside and getting fresh ones but next time just double check your order and then go worst customer service

Asked to park and wait everytime we go through the drive through. Food is ok, but often don't get what's is ordered.

Where to start. This place has got to be the dirtiest Hungry Jack's I've been in. My husband and I were the only ones in there, but most tables were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't seen a brush or mop for a while, behind the counter there was a half finished burger and drink where they were making our burgers. The door handle to the toilets was sticky and there was a dried up puddle of 'something' from the bottom of the toilet to the drain. My husband wouldn't even use the men's as it was that gross.

The staff at Hungry jacks are snooty and terrible at customer service. No smile just like a concentration camp. Chips were soggy and cold. Burger lacked taste. This is in sharp contrast to the Hungry jacks store in Bull Creek which has excellent customer service and food.

Went there at 9am for a cuppa the restaurant was dirty looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the day before.
Floor was dirty table tops hadn't been wiped
Toilets were not clean
Breakfast burger was sloppy think it might of been microwaved.
Would never go there again

Disgusting cleanliness. The whole place is filthy and the bathrooms look as if they haven’t been cleaned in years.

Worst customer service ever. I dont even know where to start.
- They took 15 minutes JUST TO TAKE MY ORDER (meanwhile the girl working wasnt even busy, just standing there looking around)
- Replied with "Hi. What do you want. " Upon taking my order.
- Overcharged me $5.25
- Took another 15-20 minutes just to prepare my 8pc nuggets and small chips.
- while waiting, the same girl was sticking her hands in the back of her pants and playing with her dirty hair constantly. Extremely unhygienic and honestly just disgusting.
- The manager/senior staff scolded her for playing with her hair because it will get in the food and make someone sick, despite that she continued to do it SECONDS after.
- Once my order was done, she gave me 6pc instead of 8pc and had to change it.
- Then she tossed the sauce packet onto the counter towards me rather than placing it in the bag or handing it to me.

I don't usually give reviews, let alone bad ones but this service was just horrible and really disgusting.
Please train your staff better.

Disgusting! My whopper and rest of meal had clearly been made ages in advance and left to sit out and oxidise. As we went through drive through it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed. Couldn’t eat any of it. Sincerely HANGRY

Consistently giving me the wrong burger. Tonight I ordered a pork belly deluxe in drive thru, get home to find I have the wrong burger AGAIN. Very disappointed as ususal.

I understand that Restaurants are understaffed because of covid but we had to wait for so long and even after double checking the order it was still wrong.
They forgot the sauces and made a different burger to what we ordered. Please at least try a bit

The chips was too salty this is second time I get food from you and it's salty I'm not happy at all.

Dudes.so this was suppose to be cheese burgers minus pickles and mustard.pretty sure it has pickles but hey yay for no mustard.think ya forgot the tomato sauce tho. I was even parked so they could make and i asked the guy 3 times to be sure he got the order right.
All this after last weds night them giving my order to the car infront.reordering it and they didnt take out the tomato like asked.

Not even worth the one star. Turkish Bread Burger nothing like the photo. It was old ingredients and stale bun. The restroom are disgusting especially at a food establishment.

Bought a stunner meal an it was a regret made me feel sick Chips stale & cheeseburger was really dry cheese was off chicken nuggets looks like they were left out for 2 weeks very dry crunchy small skinny chick with brown/blondish air really rude didn’t even ask what drink or burger I wanted just gave me a meal very disappointed paid $7 for my meal gave the lady $50 she returned me $35 but the manger next day fixed it up for me

My order took more than 15 mins to come for a chicken royale and I was the only person inside ordering at 6.40am.staff didnt seem competent.
4 staff and still took so long.

Absolutely ashamed with the service and the food quality.it was poor and very dry, so dry i had to go to woollies and buy a tub of yogurt to freshen my mouth and make it moist again.very ashamed and would not recommend

Very slow service. Very rude manager. Messed up my order twice and didn't even have any shake syrup. Untrained workers very disappointed. NEVER COME HERE WASTE OF TIME

Are you serious! That’s how you guys make a new cheeseburger? Buns only? Uber order from you guys, there was no chips at all and cheeseburger without a patty? You guys need more training I think…

I wouldn’t have ordered food from here if I had seen the toilets first. They were disgusting! The door into the toilets should have been an indication of what to expect!
