Order fresh chips I asked twice and the crew kid was like yes its fresh and got the soggy one I ordered 3 large chips i was in hurry otherwise I will be going inside and getting fresh ones but next time just double check your order and then go worst customer service

Asked to park and wait everytime we go through the drive through. Food is ok, but often don't get what's is ordered.

Food usually good often get order wrong always seem to add cheese when I don't want it and onions if I asked for them to be left off

Awful place, the customer service is really bad and the place is sooooo dirty that makes the Cristina Aguilera song sound cleaner than ever. They don't event have trais for the food!

Legit the only hungry jacks in Perth that doesn’t have a jacks cafe? Given previous experiences I’d say they’re already stretched thin expertise wise so probably for the best

Food was fresh and hot (at 330pm) but more care could be taken to keep the restaurant clean.

Where to start. This place has got to be the dirtiest Hungry Jack's I've been in. My husband and I were the only ones in there, but most tables were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't seen a brush or mop for a while, behind the counter there was a half finished burger and drink where they were making our burgers. The door handle to the toilets was sticky and there was a dried up puddle of 'something' from the bottom of the toilet to the drain. My husband wouldn't even use the men's as it was that gross.

The staff at Hungry jacks are snooty and terrible at customer service. No smile just like a concentration camp. Chips were soggy and cold. Burger lacked taste. This is in sharp contrast to the Hungry jacks store in Bull Creek which has excellent customer service and food.

Went there at 9am for a cuppa the restaurant was dirty looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the day before.
Floor was dirty table tops hadn't been wiped
Toilets were not clean
Breakfast burger was sloppy think it might of been microwaved.
Would never go there again

Disgusting cleanliness. The whole place is filthy and the bathrooms look as if they haven’t been cleaned in years.

The car park is a lake that wastes about 5 car spots. Shows little respect for customers right from the start, fix the drainage please.

Extremely unclean bathroom. It wasn't just the usual mess on floor/toilet that you'd expect from a fast food joint. But dirty/dusty basin and dust and hair on top of things etc. This was Monday lunchtime, the mess was clearly more than just a single day so it looks like they haven't cleaned in a long time. It put me right off my food and I felt quesy. The food I got takeaway (vegan burger and chips) was as expected, Ok/nice. However I would not go back as I do not trust that the kitchen is clean.

Worst customer service ever. I dont even know where to start.
- They took 15 minutes JUST TO TAKE MY ORDER (meanwhile the girl working wasnt even busy, just standing there looking around)
- Replied with "Hi. What do you want. " Upon taking my order.
- Overcharged me $5.25
- Took another 15-20 minutes just to prepare my 8pc nuggets and small chips.
- while waiting, the same girl was sticking her hands in the back of her pants and playing with her dirty hair constantly. Extremely unhygienic and honestly just disgusting.
- The manager/senior staff scolded her for playing with her hair because it will get in the food and make someone sick, despite that she continued to do it SECONDS after.
- Once my order was done, she gave me 6pc instead of 8pc and had to change it.
- Then she tossed the sauce packet onto the counter towards me rather than placing it in the bag or handing it to me.

I don't usually give reviews, let alone bad ones but this service was just horrible and really disgusting.
Please train your staff better.

Had a really good experience at this hungry jacks recently. Excellent service from a lady called alison. Alison was friendly and helpful. Would go back, definitely if this lady was working.

The misso and i decided to drive around and take a stop at hungry jacks applecross … we were surprised to notice that our burgers tasted fishy and chips fishy fishy.why is that?

Disgusting! My whopper and rest of meal had clearly been made ages in advance and left to sit out and oxidise. As we went through drive through it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed. Couldn’t eat any of it. Sincerely HANGRY

Great hjs - always good food always quick service - clean tables staff are always great to deal with.

I wouldn't bother with the maccers down the road as they are always too busy and always stuff up the orders.

Consistently giving me the wrong burger. Tonight I ordered a pork belly deluxe in drive thru, get home to find I have the wrong burger AGAIN. Very disappointed as ususal.

I understand that Restaurants are understaffed because of covid but we had to wait for so long and even after double checking the order it was still wrong.
They forgot the sauces and made a different burger to what we ordered. Please at least try a bit

Not much room to wait when you are getting takeaway. Gets really congested! Recommend ordering ahead through the app
