Great place to pick up some breakfast in the morning before your busy day ahead. Was served by a lady called Odette. She was so nice, bubbly, welcoming. It was refreshing to come across such a lovely lady providing great customer service:) Thanks Odette you have great positive energy! Will be coming to this branch more for breakfast.

Question for manager why is the restaurant away shut at William st hi I'm sick of having to eat outside or next door to mcdonalds.pretty lame service

This is the HJ's where people go to be seen. Burger King in the US modelled their 'celebrity burger' from a recipe made right here. All of the Chris's hang here, along with a bunch of the Damons, a couple of Brads and 2 Gwyneths. Come for the burgers, stay to get papped. The building itsself was an old morgue and is possibly haunted. One of the better hungry Jacks stores in the Perth area. Not the greatest view from the front of the store.

They gave me chilli onion rings when i asked for normal! What tf would've happened if I was allergic? They didn't even ask me if it was ok to substitute and had they done so, I would've said no! Teach your staff to stop being lazy and make fresh food!

Great staff. Best location. You can perch on a stool and watch the world go by. Location, location, location. I have the feeling that their burgers are not 'king' anymore. It is with a heavy heart that I declare Sir R. C. McDonald as the new ruler of the quick & nasty mystery meat kingdom. I used to like their old, greasy soggy chips best.

Bloody awful. Didn't open on time. I was order number 2 of the day. Still had to wait ages. Bacon was fatty and boiled and tasted like cleaning fluid. Never again.

When I went there, there was no line (which was great). The staff were ok and the food was better than I anticipated.

I am having lunch at the Hungry Jack's after a very long time.
This time I took my grandson there. I really cannot recommend the place any more as the burger did not taste any good.
The french fries were just about okay and coke was, well coke.

Very disappointed service all the time at night
After even having enough staff have to wait long because staffs are talking their own this rather than serving coustmers

Horrible lines too long, go to a restaurant instead. Only go here if your on the dole and want jail bait

I ordered a simple breakfast meal, and i was gretted with a half awake juvinielle not giving a f*ck.in return to my meal i got a cold burger with stale bread.when i returned it the staff didnt understand what "stale" meant and called for a manager.the manager was quick to order up a new burger for me, but still lacked the customer service.

Disappointed. Ordered a vegan burger, got back to room and found I have a meat burger that I can't eat! I want to know if the meat eater enjoyed my vegan burger as much as I had hoped to after the long wait!

Been up all night throwing up and diarrhea. Food poisoning. I suggest management take a look at the vegan cheeseburger to avoid any others getting severely sick.

The young lady at the register, black, dark hair, pretty, was extremely friendly, professional, and had a great smile. The food was hot and Fresh. Entire experience was fantastic. In the United States, we call this "Burger King. " Hungry Jack's is the same thing, and equally delicious.
