Hungry Jack's

Was waiting for 25 mins for food while people who came in after us with bigger orders got served first. When we got our food eventually, a burger was missing that we had to ask for. It seemed the cooks/food prep people were new and completely left in the dark while someone hire up yelled orders at them. When we got our food, it was an absolute mess with sauce all over the bag. The chips and nuggets were borderline cold and it was flavourless.

Terrible food, looked like a mess and it was cold after waiting for 20 minutes. They were also missing everything on the menu after i already had ordered it and paid. The iced choclate with cream was only alot of ice cubes with a little bit of milk on. It went straight into the bin, I didnt even taste it. The place were also very dirty.

Luckily scored free whoppers because west coast eagles have been kicking goals outside 50m lines when hosting at home. I play badminton, by the way

Usually understaffed for lunch rush, but they make a decent whopper if you don't mind the wait.

Ordered the pork belly deluxe hunger tamer box and cheeseburger was cold never offered any sauce for my nuggets. Chips well over cooked and no salt. 2 tint pieces pork belly on my burger so I took it back. Remade with six pieces in it and looked nothing like the picture. Staff were very rude when I had a problem with all this laughed at me etc. I wouldn't recommend ordering what I did. If they can't even give me a hot cheeseburger or properly cooked chips then I wouldn't go there.

The only thing I didn't throw away was the 18$ coke.

Very rude customer service by one of the staff who works at the counter. I got confused by the way he called my name for takeaway order (he called by initials not first name) and on top of the noise I didn’t think it was me. When I realised it was my order I apologised and his response was “did you know how many times I called you? ” and proceeded to throw the order at my face. How about try calling out the order a different way like what item (s) they were instead of shouting out the same thing over and over again?

Would let me in at 8: 45 pm that they not taking any more orders, when 1 minute before me a whole group walked in worst service ever

Worst ever service as Hungry Jack in Perth City! Needs more staffs to make order quicker. None of devices are working! Out of service & long queue!

Went here last time and I think it, overall, the service was good. It could have been better though, food was nice but I think the waiting time is a bit long.

There is waiting time too long not for get the order also for place a order the staff only busy in order packing.

No Drive they so quick counter service. The most presentable and tastiest of Hungry Jack's Burgers range. Picture on the board perfect!

If i could add stars for this place i would, there was the nicest staff and i cannot applaud them more for the hard work and dedication that they put into their angry whoppers. Especially this one blonde kid that made me my big jack, his skills were amazing and admirable, funny enough i asked him and his name was jack, and i will tell you that big jack was one of the best i have ever had.big up the sweaty teenager named jack whos probs getting paid minimum wage

Not the quickest or the best fast food (especially for the vege options) but Odette Is a helpful delight who gives the store an extra

Come on hungry jacks fix your toilet took my son for breakfast 5 yrs middle of eating he is busting to go toilet locked 10.00 am middle of the week they could and should of had it going but no so we had to abandon breakfast a try and find somewhere to use the toilet, Come on hungry's not good enough. You owe me 2 breakfast.

This Hungry Jacks/KFC is always packed and has a lot of abusive people yelling in the vicinity with people not keeping their personal space too themselves. It's unfortunate though because the staff at HJs all seem very lovely

Good burgers but crazy customers. An out of control woman attacked me and stole my big woppa, then proceeded to urinate on my leg.

Food was good. Staff were quick and friendly. The ordering system was not ideal. Just kept yelling a number but never gave me a docket so had no idea if it was me. Easy enough to figure out as it was quiet. Pretty dirty and busy place which is not ideal especially if considering Covid19 spread. The homeless like to gather here and beg so its not a place I would bring my family.

Staff who are working there today in the morning (16/06/21) does not seem willing to work. I do not understand how they are still employed. The worst customer service.

Nice little package of carbs, sugar, salt, calories, sloppy mayo, well cooked patty of cow utter and guts.just joking it was a well crafted burger of deliciousness and goodness. I asked for a chocolate thick-headed.my oh my they've come a long way choco sauce swirling through vanilla ice cream with a topping of cream and shredded choc bits. How good was that I hear you ask? Nasty nasty delicious integral part of the meal. Anyway, gotta go, I'm hungry.

Plastic straw, cups and leads.lot of single used plastic produced from Hungry Jack's. 21 Century; developed country as Australia, really do not care about recycling and using single-use plastic.better NO support this kind of business. Run for money not for planet.
