Waited 30 min for a large meal there was 2 ppl in the restruant i dont mind a wait but it was cold the ladies behind the counter seemed offened when asked could u pls heat this up terrible.

Filthy. Tables, floors, counters - absolutely disgusting!

Drink was placed out of reach behind the screen, so I had to lean over the counter and contort myself to get it.

Worst experience at a HJs.
Slow service, rude staff, counter staff just standing around yawning into hands and then serving food, and then when my food was up she just called my initials and passed me an open bag, no thankyou, no sorry for waiting 25 mins for 1 meal. And to top it off the chips were old. Perhaps the front counter staff should do some work. Not happy

Wrong day I think. Food was almost cold. Staff over busy. Floors were dirty and toilet left a lot to be desired.

The manager for today the 12th November 22 was late again. He showed up 7.15am. Apparently he wasnt sure he was working today.what a joke? This is not good enough. I waited till 20 past 7 and the shop still wasnt opened. The cook of the was there waiting for the manager too.

Overcrowded, people ordering and picking up are mixed together, and there is no clear queuing instructions. There is a shortage of people at the front desk, and there is no time to take into account face-to-face ordering. The normal ordering speed for one person is about 15 minutes.

Not the best Hungary Jacks in Australia. Very grotty from the outside in. Missing menu items. Staff very disengaged.

Was late at night, food was as expected. Cleanliness a bit lacking, but understandable with the type of customers frequenting the place late at night.

The whopper tasted like burger, like not bad but not good, carried by the whopper sauce. The milkshakes were warm and undrinkable. The chicken had the same consistency as the bread, it was soggy and lacked any kind of crispness. The chips were dry, stale and unsalted.

Food came out about 40 minutes late. There was no apology for this. It seems to apology to other people, I think it's because I'm Asian.worst service

This is one of the most horrible hungry jacks I've seen. It is always messy here and the food is not that great. Perhaps it is due to the fact the foot traffic is high.but shouldn't that help.thr fast food?

Ordered food at the self serve screen waited 30 minutes.they were not busy.we went up to ask about it and they said the dont have an order under that name we asked for a refund and they said ‘we dont do refunds’ they were so rude and didnt even try and help i had to show the bank transfer and take photos of what i ordered and the price as proof.they finally said okay and they made the order didn’t apologise for inconvenience and didnt offer any compensation once we got the order the drink was under filled and we didn’t receive any sauce.manager wasn’t helpful at all.horrible customer service.

Small? My partners burger wasn’t nice at all and mine looked like it had been slapped together it was all falling apart and tasted bland as anything…my partner got onion rings too and there was barely any onion in it? Literally could barely see it was there and the batter was soggy and yuck!

Burger looked like a run way model, chips fresh, spiderman glasses kids toy had my 22 year old loving them and the service was excellent when the original order was slightly off. Excellent service.

Didn’t like the service at the shop so I decided to just order with delivery. Quite amazing that the order always have at least one wrong or missing item. Just recently I ordered a bunch of burger sets and the food that arrived with delivery were all different orders and wasted my time waiting for food I wanted to eat.

Just ordered 10 chicken nuggets and a large chips from William street store. The staff forgot to give me the large chips and the nuggets don't taste nice.

Very rude customer service by one of the staff who works at the counter.i have to pack all my drinks n foods myself, don't even bother to have me a bag for takeaway, miss food, missing dipping sauce, only get 7 nuggets out of 10. Dirty place, none of the mechanics works.will never go back again, worst experience ever.

If there is a COVID-19 plan in place here, they would fall well short in a spot inspection by either the Health department, or the COVID security. Rubbish all over the place, tables not clean. Not somewhere I would recommend, if I wasn't very hungry, I would have gone elsewhere. VERY BAD

Was possibly understaffed judging by the wait time and unfortunately my burger was rather dry, so on this visit not too satisfied

The service is slow and the place is filthy. The tables are never cleared and the staff couldn't be less interested if they tried.
