Sent food back as i asked and paid for heavy mayo. Tiny scraping on the bun. Staff member was not impressed when Manager asked for it to be remade, still got it wrong. Need to pick up their game. I know it is fast food but still deserve to get a half decent meal
Triple cheeseburger stunner meal was alright, burger fine, chips not very good and nuggets not to bad.
Took ages to get served. Girl just disappeared and no one else was serving at the front, there were several people waiting. Ordered 2 large sundaes and got 2 small. Not a good night for HJs
Food was cold. Missed an entire meal from our order. As someone who has worked at Hungry Jack's I'm thoroughly disappointed in the Belmont store
When we arrived the drive through was packed and so was inside. We were amazed at how quick the service was. 10 minutes later we got our order walked outside and the drive thriugh was clear aswel as inside. Excellent service.
BELMONT STORE IS THE WORST RUN STORE IVE BEEN TO. NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO COPE WITH CUSTOMERS. ONLY ONE POOR BOY WHO WAS DOING HIS BEST TO KEEP US HAPPY ON THE TILL UNTIL AFTER ABOUT 25 MINUTES A GIRL FINALLY OPENED ANOTHER ALSO FOOD WAS COLD WHEN RECEIVED AND KITCHEN STAFF SEEMED AT A LOSS WHAT TO DO. DRIVE THRU WAS CHAOTIC I COUNTED 13 CARS WAITING AND 5 CARS GAVE UP IN FRUSTRATION. WONT BE BACK.
Always like and loved "Hungry Jack's" personally think so much beta than mcdonald's.at Hungry Jack's u can chop and change ur burgers to personalize / change to ur taste bubs desire so nice yummy! Belmont Hungry Jack's as refills to ur contentment outdoor space for eating.newspapers available plenty of seating clean and tidy inside and outside drive through service ezy access.good speaker system to place orders so if ur passing by and in need of a nibble or breakfast or lunch do ya self a favor treat urself to a Hungry Jack's nibbles or full on menue feed!
One of the drive thru mics was broken so I sat their like an idiot until about 6 cars had gone thru the other then decided Maccas was just across the road and a better option anyway.
Just came through the Drive Thru and got breakfast. Was served by a wonderful girl named Shanae, she was very friendly, courteous and gave me my order in no time. Also apologised for the wait, although I didn’t consider it a long wait at all. Highly recommend this store, particularly if you’re served by Shanae
