I went in to make an order I was not served as some of the staff knew me from a school and manager told tham to serve me but they did not so I had to use the kiosk

Got a chai latte. Very sweet. I asked for extra milk to dilute it, which they were happy to do.

Honestly worth driving the distance to somewhere else, appalling to be fair. Fast Food quality in Perth has plummeted, HJ's being a leading LOSER.

Rude staff, I told staff that my order was wrong then he proceeded to give me attitude and STILL gave me the wrong order the second time. Didn’t bother correcting and just took the food.

Had to go back through drive thru as they had forgotten my sauce, tomato in the burger when I asked for no tomato. Also drink wasn’t full and had the drink sprout in it.

As far as fastfood stores go this Hungry Jack's is pretty average. Staff are not that friendly, but that could be due to being a busy period. The toilets are not that clean. The dining area is okay and reasonably clean.

Not very "fast" food.went through the drive though about 9.30 and ordered a couple of breaky meals with OJ (no coffee or anything complicated), asked to wait in the waiting bay, 1 other car also waiting. 15mins later food finally came out, and she wasn't even sure it was our meal (she previously took order at the window). Only 1 other car went through drive through in that time and no customers inside. The car next to us went inside and complained while we were waiting, they also seemed pretty annoyed.
Essentially served 3 customers in 15-20min we where there (including ourselves), and not even a "sorry for the wait" or "we had issues", just a "did you order the xxx? ". Well obviously there is no one else here and you took my order.but hey, 15mins is a long time for some people to remember stuff.
Was going to give 1 extra star since the food was hot, but the fresh B&E muffins looked like a 2yr old had slapped them together.

Ordered two meals and two storms. When we started to eat the storm, we noticed the middle of the cup had no ice cream in it. You have gone around the outside of the cup. And not put any in the middle.concidering the cost of them. I think very poor on your behalf. I took a photo if your interested to see

Got my whopper mixed up with a whopper junior, when I got a replacement it was a no meat burger.yuck how can people eat that.

They get the order correct even when you ask for the little extras. Not a long wait

It's a pity that so many hungry jacks stores stopped being 24/7 but it is what it is. This one is the closest and quickest to get to if we are in need of very late night burgers.

I tried a new burger called as a spicy chicken burger for my family it cost $40 and it was not worth my money because there was no sauce and the taste was terrible.

The very worst 'coffee' I have tasted anywhere for some time. There was zero coffee taste. It was served in a beaker of luke-warm brown/grey slurry.

Very slow service but always better than McDonald's because at least Hungy Jacks can get the order correct.

Asked to wait in the waiting bay for our order, 20 minutes later, we were asked what we were waiting for, then given the food portion of our order. Another 10 minutes later had to go into the restaurant to ask again for our beverages. Absolute joke as the place was quiet, avoid if possible.

Worst experience ever!

The chips where so stale and the grilled chicken burger didnt have the mayo sauce or very little of it so it was dry and bland.

Bought 2 x double whoppers with cheese, tasted bland, checked patties and they weren't flame grilled. Were microwaved. Shocking

Not on the half slightly however the slider on the final menu couldn't find the door when was he leaving? I put on mcdonalds when overdone worker told tendercrisp lungs understatement.

This HJ (s) is usually great! This time was disappointing in terms of my order. I requested a burger without mayonnaise only to get home to twice the usual quantity. The staff were unable to print a receipt request. Apparently the paper role was empty/printer not functioning and they were unable to reload the machine. I was told that it would ' take a long time' to issue the itemised receipt. I still appreciate HJ (s) staff for exceptional customer service. I supose the store is severely understaffed, unprepared and subsequently not maintaining usually observed 'best practice'.
