Nasty people nasty service with nasty food, avoid this location better off going to a distance for a better service, this one definitely giving bad name to the franchise, never had this bad experience in my life swear to god!

Been to HJs in Ascot several times and each time the burgers have been tasteless and stale. Not up to minimum standards Service has been unpleasant and unfriendly

The young boy handing out food through driver through tonight was so sweet, he knew it was my birthday because of my order and wished me happy birthday which was a nice touch. Service is always very quick

Indian manger today is very rood! Unprofessional! Please change her! But other managers are AWESOME!

Average HJ and the staff was very friendly and kind. I should have taken the staff name who was working at the cashier and cheer her. She is very nice.

Horrible service today, I ordered a grilled Pery Pery wrap meal with heavy on the salad. I recieved a avacado wrap with almost no salad. I then went in and got it changed, only to recieve a pery pery wrap with no salad and pery sauce on the outside.

I was polite to the staff! And the food I got wasn't up to par.

By far the worst hungry jacks I've been too in Australia.
Had to wait for 15 minutes just to be served, ordered a large bacon deluxe Hunger Tamer meal, only to be given a single 'whopper' burger with a patty and tomato that was stone cold and nothing else on it, no sauce, no lettuce, nothing!
Absolute joke, the young lady that just came onto her shift did not make the mistake, I was the scattered old broad that buggered it up. There was 2 people in front of me with standard size orders and half a dozen cars in drive through so barely busy at all and yet everything still took this long just to get screwed over with the order anyway. What a waste of time.

Not a bad meal here, the chips were a little on the salty side but tasted fresh. The burger was also nice and fresh however i believe it could have been hotter, I would best describe what I had was warm at best. Satisfying but now impressive.

Sat at the drive through for at least 5 minutes and didn't get served. Only 3 cars lining up. Reversed out and took off

This place embodies my Ex. I always regret going back, it's hit and miss as to whether I get what I want and the service is mediocre.
But, you know, I still keep going back for some reason.

Would have been 5stars but they forgot to salt one of the chips.one of the better stores around the Belmont area

Person dropped some of our fries on the ground as she was placing them in the bag, to hot but nuggets were cold for my son

I love going to the Hungry Jacks Belmont for its cleanliness, fast and fantastic customer service - whether we eat in there or drive thru, I've always been a satisfied customer!

Visited 11 months ago they gave me buns no meat i rang and they argued its not possible and i thought it wouldnt be either but someone farked up.

This place used to be terrible, so I understand the hesitation to visit it. I've found that what kills it for me is 90% of the time, it's extremely busy, so the lines are massive.

In terms of the actual restaurant, though, it's pretty good for a HJ's. Foods good, staff are nice, it's fairly clean.

Just remember, it's a fast food joint, you're not gonna get a 5 star extravaganza.

Please don't ask people to wait in the waiting bay for freshly cooked hash browns, serve everyone after and then only give food once you walk in and remind you that you're there. To make it worse frozen drinks now not frozen and hash browns disappointingly undercooked. No offer to replace drinks at all. Not happy.

I prefer hungry Jack's to macca's. The fries are better and they've brought back battered onion rings which are just divine. Good value for money.

Double Angus don't like the sauce too sweet and Gerkin not go well probably not have again but give ok score for meat and bacon

One of the better ones! The staff was friendly, this is a big one for me. There was a bottomless sida fountain which is a big one for the kids. Their food were as expected but we could not get everything on the menu which was understandable as it was after 10pm. All in all I must say not bad.
