Ordered 2 whoppers.got back home and I had some funky veggie burger. Completely wrong order again at this place just don’t go to it.

Not exactly 5star dining but I enjoy whopper burgers. Base on that analysis I give it 3star because BK is equivalent to MCCAs.

I found live caterpillars in my tomato slices that were in my burger, not happy with that, meaning that you don't check your food before preparing and that your store is is selling insects in your food. Disgusting. I'd get that fixed immediately, won't be buying from this store again.

Have ordered food from this place several times and not once have they ever gotten it right always missing burgers wrong drinks and missing chips in my most recent experience I ordered on Uber eats and got a family bundle deal and a bacon deluxe meal on the side and got everything cold and there was no bacon deluxe like I ordered, again thanks for the consistently poor service and thank god I can just order Mc Donald’s

The exceptional young lady that served us was so polite and calm and in control of the situation as she didn't get our order through the mic system so was kind of sprung on her and last second. She managed it well and was very impressive indeed I even asked if I could possibly tip her and she refused as its not normal practice. Food was great but the service was a 12 out of ten keep it up hjs.

Awesome service from a boy with a curly Afro. He was very well mannered and very polite to me and my elderly grandma. Food was also very good. Would definitely eat there again.

Have been here 3 times only and each time have had to wait in drive through at least half an hour before ordering. Been overcharged twice and received incorrect orders so unfortunately I don't rate it at all sadly.

I don't know why my family go here. I don't think they have ever got an order right. My daughter ordered a burger without onions. Naturally it came with onions. My husband ordered a Big Jack. Whatever he got was smaller than a Whopper Junior or whatever the kids burger is called. By the time they realised it was wrong we were home so couldn't take it back. Would recommend giving it a wide berth.

Too cramped waiting orders because of covid and the pick ups were given priority even if customers had been there fir a while

Fairly good service from some of the staff but also have left things out of my orders more than once so they need to take a little time to double check their orders.

Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Customers before me waited 20 minutes and they still stuffed the order up.

Charging an extra dollar to switch from vegan cheese to normal cheese.theres definitiely soemthing wrong with that! It's not even an extra!

Would normally give automatic 5 stars just for being Hungry Jack's because they are awesome. However, I have to take 1 off due to not having a newspaper in the middle of the day so naturally I didn't dine in.

Pretty decent, service time could be better, they forgot some of our stuff more than average, had alot of not great experiences here, but its the closest hjs hence the reason I keep going back. Hash browns are a great price.

Dont know how to make a double whopper, stuffed up my order so I took it back and they stuffed it up again

Had a bit of a wait coming in on a Thursday at dinner time, they only had one person taking orders and it's obvious that priority goes to the drive through.
Food was hot and tasty though, and props to Hungry Jacks for their delicious vegan burger, the mayo is on point and the patty itself is fantastic.

Okay so when I come through and order cheese probably pay for the cheese I expect there to be cheese in my burger.

The same as when I come through order chocolate sauce in my storm pay extra and don’t receive it.

Your guys headsets must be a little off or you’re all hard of hearing.

Foods not to bad, fairly fresh. Service is ok depending on the individual. Main issue is the long wait time
