Went through the drive-thru after along day & night at work.

12: 30am all we wanted was some hot food.
Thanks to Connor & Liam for making the Freshest Burgers we've ever eaten at any HJ's store.

The Boys listened, they understood that we hadn't even eaten a thing all day & night, they took the time to actually cater for us knowing how tired and hungry we were.

Constantly gets order wrong over and over again its hard to read a receipt. Lazy staff that won't make a fresh burger even if it's been sitting there for 3 hours. Pathetic customer service

Had a Hunger Tamers box from here, the chips and nuggets were perfect but the burgers were saltier than desired, but not that big a deal.

Ordered, all food came cold and burgers had ungodly amounts of lettuce and onion cut in weird chunky shapes.

Manager was rude for no reason. Placed order 30 minutes ago but when arrived they still didn’t started preparing. Bad service. Too slow!

Waiting at drive through for 15 minutes just to get to the speaker, still didn't make it after 20 minutes. Poor effort as always from Hungry Jack's Kwinana. Ended up driving away. Concept of FAST food completely gone.

Challenge with staffing levels but the young guy serving was great and even when the drink was not available immediately just offered options. Hungry Jack have some work to do but this guy was a great example of staff doing their best in challenging situation.

The drive through on a Friday night seemed to be slower that the gestational period of a human baby. Over half an hour for 9 cars.excuse me?

Never get meals correct, missing items constantly, shake and icecream machine is never working. The most poorly run store in wa!

The management at this place has obviously changed.

My wife and I had lunch here today and was greeted by a very polite young chap who took our orders.

The food was (only way to describe it) was the difference between night and day. Perfect.

I wrote a bad review on this Hungry Jacks about 5 months ago. I have to say I was impressed today and would highly recommend this place to all burger lovers.

Just ordered a roadhouse fried chicken burger and basically ended up with a chicken royal.
Burger was missing cheese and bacon!
And chips in my daughters carry cup were cold and stale. Uneatable.

Someone on the night shift puts tons of mayo and sauce on the whoppers. All you can taste is condiments. Please retrain.

Worst HJ's in the state. I recommend people try it just to see how bad it really is as it never fails to amaze me. It is either they leave something out of your order, got the order wrong, poorly cooked food, terrible service or all of them.

Strongly recommend not to go to this HJ. Unhealthy store environment with offensive smell. Rotten salad filled burgers, very high risk of food poisoning. Forget about the customer serice. I am going to flag to Kwinana Council to perform Hygiene Check of the Kitchen and the store for safety of Community.

Ordered sausage & egg muffin this morning thru menulog. The burger looks filthy. I didn’t even finish the half of it. Saturated wrapping paper, got teared on it. Cheese that looks like a sauce or something. Taste nasty. Hot choco spilled all over the paper bag. I’ve never experience this before.

Food missing from order, rang the store we have to go thru menu log even tho they admit was there fault; offered we can pick up… wow that’s why we used menu log

Ordered a chicken hunger tamers in a meal in drive through.when I got my delivery after a long wait, a burger and the 3 chicken nuggets were missing. No straw was offered for drink. Tried to ring the store 3 times, person is not ready to listen and hanged up straight away on 3 occassion. Very bad service.

If no stars was available I would tick that option.

30min wait for our food in the waiting lot.

My partner walked in after they parked us and asked for our order then they only started making it.no apologies or anything just gave us a look and walked away.

If you don’t love you job don’t do it!

Disappointed with order. Rolls where dry. Two burgers ordered with bacon no bacon on either burger. Not happy. Have lost my business.
