Really sick off this place can't even rap a burger chips half full and cooked driving to rocko form now on

Disappointed with bacon and egg muffin. Meal was messy, bacon rubbery and unable to bite through, cheese was a sauce?

Nice, delicious and NOT super SALTY like the HUNGRY JACK'S outlet in JINDALEE (Buttler) manned by STROKE CREW in waiting.

This HJs is really the worst in Rocko by far. So many times I've been and you get chips that are only half full, stingy drinks, and burgers that look like they've been slapped together by a blind person then run over. Today's burgers featured beef patties that were overcooked and hard, and one of them was actually missing the meat patty altogether. A blessing in disguise maybe? Do yourself a favour. Give it a miss.

Literally the most useless crew i’ve ever experienced, hungry jacks restaurants close front counter at 10pm and they close the doors literally 30,40 mins.i’m locked outside at 9: 20 and a delivery driver leaves and that’s the only way i can get in.multiple crew staring at me knocking on the door yet they do nothing.i walk inside and the manager gives me a dirty look and has a go at the person who took my order saying that she should be locking the doors.seeing as i work at another hungry jacks i know all the rules and why things are how they are.doors aren’t locked until 10pm

Not a regular fast food eater but every now and then you just need a hamburger and I prefer hj's

Poor service today, waited 15 minutes after ordering for 1 car to move from window then sat at window for 3 minutes before being attended to.

Nice Hungry Jack's, good is always fresh and service good. Shame there's no playground for kids.

Your average Hungry Jack's, just no love which is par for the course. Chicken grill, just didnt seem as good as usual. I'm sure theyve just been worn down by the sometimes dodgy clientele!

Slow drive-thru queues during rushes, and staff always seem bored and disinterested. Food is usually good, aside from the occasional messed up order.

Literally everytime we go they manage to stuff up our order. Items missing, changes to burgers not seen. Whoever has this business really needs to look at it and who is working there

Burgers always cold and the chips are even worse. Do they even "flame grill" the patties or are they microwaved? Terrible.

However the manager was able to fix it up and apologise to me and made everything all better I was very impressed in the end thank you

I am so angry it’s not even funny I put in a big order and all I got was a drink and two ice cream my large chips large fries large chicken nuggets large whopper is everything missing and they still charged me $55 what an absolute joke disgraceful disgusting very angry not impressed at all!

However the manager was able to fix it up and apologise to me and made everything all better I was very impressed in the end thank you

Had hot cakes with maple syrup. Had I known that a knife wasn't supplied - just a very bendy fork which was of no use at all - I wouldn't have ordered them. Had to eat them with my fingers and no towellette supplied either. Service has really gone downhill!

Second time we have received poor service. After placing order said they didn’t have it changed order and had to wait over 30 minutes to receive it. Priority given to delivery service, then drive thru. Customers in restaurant last on list. No apologies given. Will go elsewhere next time where our business is appreciated.

I'm and out of here all the time. Can pay to check orders some time. Got home once after ordering large meal to discover the large chips would have infact been valeting to fill a small chips bag. Phoned though and for given a replacement meal

Usually a huge fan of Hungry Jack's as far as fast food choices but this one gave me a small amount of fries in my large box and my burger patty was a brick of charcoal. Think I will give this one a miss from now on.

Great service.burgers and drinks are nicely made. I always love ordering their sundae and storm, coz they hand it to you thick and firm, not melted.
