Paul did a fantastic job of cutting and styling my human hair wig. He made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Would reccomend him to anyone.

For several years and well prior to Covid I was a happy House of Ernest client. Today, I attended the new premises after a 2 year hiatus and was so pleased to be recognised by the Manageress, who chatted with me, offered a fresh donut, and just made me feel like a VIP. The technician in charge of my new Great Length extensions is also a gem with over 30years experience. Priceless service and quality, I’m glad to be back.

Amazing! Amazing! Sandy their beautician technician worked MAGIC on my eyes again. I got the lash lift and tint. I will only go to her in Perth as her work lasts more than 6 weeks. Mine were 8 weeks last time. She also gives you tips and tricks to keep them lasting Lucious for longer. Also had a deluxe facial that was out of this world. The face massage was next level. Highly recommend her for any beautifying work.

Between Lisa (hair) and Sandy (beauty) this place delivers every time. Lisa listens and delivers an amazing fresh cut and colour every time. Sandy.wow! I've been to really expensive brow places, but they hacked my brows to nothing. Sandy is careful, doesn't over wax or pluck.and she takes so much pride in the end result. Always worth every cent in my view, love it!

I took my daughter in for a style package today and was concerned the colour was going to be to intense for her at her age. However they did an amazing job and the style and colour is amazing! She was ecstatic as well!

I cannot fault any aspect of the House of Ernest. The service that they provide is professional, caring and skilful. Lisa (mine and my daughters’s stylist) is without a doubt the best hairdresser I have ever had. Her ability to listen and guide and educate is amazing and the outcome is always outstanding. I did my hair cut at house of Ernest due to having good experience. It was a guy who did my hair but have it poorly cu, I have been charged with shampoo
. And conditioner which I was not tld. Having too rush whatever I am not going back there again.

Leah was wonderful. Listened to what I wanted, gave her thoughts and then proceeded to give me one of the best haircuts ever. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Attended the salon a couple of weeks ago. Had images and explained what results I was looking for. My colour stylist had amazing customer service skills and listened very attentively. She did an absolutely amazing job with the colour and the outcome was exactly as I wished for.
But that is where my positive experience stopped.
The hairdresser that was due to come and do my styling was stuck in traffic and there was a last minute change of stylists. Courtney had no care in the world listening to what I wished for and absolutely butchered my hair. Outcome was nothing that I wished for and the cut also ruined the colour job the stylist had done. You should have seen my colour stylist absolute horror when she saw my cut.
So I walked out of the salon in pure shock not knowing what to say, just paid the $390.00 said thank you and walked out. I thought I will get use to this, but it is just so bad that there is no getting used to this.
I have been to two hairdressers now who have been in absolute shock of the results. I am now due to spend $1,000 to have this recoloured and hair extensions applied to make it look half decent.
This is a warning that just because a salon has good reviews does not mean all the staff there are good and experienced.
When choosing your salon please also make sure you research the hairdresser doing the job.
