My hair is my passion and spend money on high end products and service. So when l was recommended to try HofE based on quality etc etc, l was in. So If there was ever a time l missed my QLD Sunshine Beach hairdresser, it was going to because of my experience with HofE. Had a full head of foils, which ended up looking like a box dye. I gave Paul artistic license to create a style that would suit me. Big mistake. After 2 weeks my fringe looked hideous so l ended up trimming it myself. Don’t laugh.l returned after 5 weeks to discuss my concerns and disappointment. Had a toner and recut. What a absolute mistake that was, not the toner. Before you say “go back”, l gave them that opportunity on the second visit. So after sending near $600 for 2 visits, l shan’t be recommending this salon to anyone.

Lisa gave me a great hair cut today, as always she takes notice of what you ask for and delivers. She is very friendly and attentive and I look forward to my next appointment with her

This my 2nd time to this salon and l must say I’m impressed.
They actually care and listen to what you want and the advice given is very knowledgeable. The place is very well presented and clean at all times, staff greet you honestly and go beyond to insure your welcome and comfortable. The service and work l could not fault, at no stage did l feel pressured to do more or pay extra which also is a rare thing these days.well done to have a genuine friendly and professional salon l hope this continues and the success is credited to your staff.l will be returning thank you House of Ernest.

Every time I get my hair done is amazing, it ends up looking fresh and bright giving me an all new look. Aine who used to do my hair was always great n I’ll miss her. I’ve been coming here for some time now ever since my first visit here I can never do my hair anywhere else. The front staff Jem have always been super accommodating with my timing. Paul was the first person who did my wash n blow long time ago as I walk in without appointment n was very impressed with the service very professional.

I booked an appointment through Groupon and I can honestly say it was the best decision and purchase I have made in a long time! Thank you Michele you are amazing and I looked Great at my concert Professional and knowledgeable I asked her to guide me through a "refreshing change" and she did exactly that. I am really happy with the results and totally grateful for her help. Fully recommend her and the House of Earnest

Can not fault the level of service my 15yr old received! I know if I had taken her anywhere else they would have just done exactly what she wanted without thinking about the integrity of her hair after it was done. Nicola took the time to discuss what would and wouldn’t work and the end result was simply perfect. Different to her plan but I came home with one very happy teenager!

It was such a treat to be welcomed warmly to House of Ernest and to be put in the care of the lovely blonde-haired Irish colour-specialist. She was chatty and engaging and knew exactly what I wanted in the transition from mousey-brown hair, to grey. I was absolutely thrilled with the soft ash-blonde-grey that resulted and was then handed to Paul to complete the 'transformation' process. Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed being placed under his expertise and receiving one of the best haircuts that I have had in a very long time. At 61, I feel revived and more youthful (and hubby was delighted too!). Thanks so much HofE for another wonderful hair experience. Wishing you every success in these difficult times.

I love getting my hairs done here and have been going back for so long because the quality/atmosphere and professionalism is fantastic!

I was invited to a wedding and I was after a simple hairstyle with a headband and loose curls, honestly the staff are really friendly and listen to your requests without arguing or giving excuses, the place was decent and clean and they were busy since 9 am on a Saturday morning, the prices are fine not too exaggerated with like other beauty lounges but unfortunately the only downside is that the lady who did my hair wasn’t able to fix my headband properly witch ruined the hairstyle I wish she asked someone else to help her and do it for me. I’m giving this remark objectively and that doesn’t mean I won’t go there again I’m planning to go for a haircut later.

Recently moving to East Perth, I wanted a hairdresser near by so that I could walk. House of Ernest were able to squeeze me in for a Saturday afternoon appointment for a cut. Meaghan was my stylist and listened to what I wanted. Very professional.

I’m so impressed with the service and quality of experience, everyone is so friendly and really knows their stuff. Also the curl specialist gave very helpful tips and feedback, it’s easy to tell he knows what he is talking about, as his hair is incredible! All together an amazing experience and we will be back. I've been a very happy client of House of Ernest since 2012. I see Paul for my cuts, who I highly recommend. His technical skills are brilliant, and he is great at listening to, and executing, what I want. I also regularly come in for blow-dries with Paul and Nicola and always walk out feeling great.

Paul permed my hair. He was very knowledgeable and has many many years of hairdressing all over the world. He was punctual, easy to talk to. Paul understood the look I was going for and gave me exactly that. I was not hesitant at all in going ahead with a permanent procedure as I new that Paul understood what I was wanting to achieve. All staff were extremely professional and helpful, with regular hot pots of tea. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a professional service. Will be going back again. Thanks Paul. I love my hair
