HERE Property Property Managers Perth

Myself and my partner rented with Here Property for 9 months up until recently. They were pretty good when we were living there, although it did take them a while to tend to issues such as a blocked kitchen sink which was frustrating as we had to do the dishes in the laundry for a few weeks. When the time came to move out, our property manager Aoife all of a sudden was uncontactable. I emailed and called countless times trying to get information about the bond and the final inspection and she rarely replied. I always had to speak to someone else in the office who said they'd leave a message for me and Aoife would rarely get back to me. The final inspection was a bit of a joke, they had a whole list of items that needed to be 'attended to' such as 'washable marks on the splashback in the laundry'. I'm sorry but that does not need a paid cleaner and the place was pretty dirty when we moved in anyway. They even noted 'chips in bottom oven tray' and I had a photo of when we first moved in showing there were chips and crumbs in the bottom oven tray then, it was filthy! We ended up getting our whole bond back but I was really stressed for a while as I thought we were going to be charged for such minor things and Aoife was uncontactable. Living there was fine but the move out process was not a great experience at all.

I have had a great experience leasing my property through HERE and would recommend them to others. Lauren was very professional and helpful when I was looking for property management, other firms sent a price list after I made an enquiry but did not engage or follow up to explain their offerings as Lauren did. I really got the impression that HERE wanted to win my business and weren't taking anything for granted. My property was leased painlessly and at the advertised price. This level of service continued after leasing the property and my property manager, Aoife, has been great, ensuring that the tenant is happy and making the management of my investment very easy for me. Most recently this included handling a break of lease and successful search for new tenants, with the new lease finalised quickly and above the advertised price. Their online portal is easy to use and gives a quick overview and the relevant documents, inspections and invoices all in one place. Currently being overseas and not easily able to return to Australia, it is definitely nice to know that things are being taken care of, and that my property management firm is responsive and on top of things!

I am not sure how they have got an average of 4.9 stars? ! Well as we know; these days you can even buy good reviews. But my own experience with this group was not good at all.
Being a tenant in one of the apartments ran by these people.they used to blame all the problems on the strata management! Whatever broke down took months to fix. Once someone hit our car in the building parking and they refused to give us the CC video footage of it.
When we vacated the property; despite leaving it in a very clean and intact condition and after 7 years of tenancy with no problems and not missing a single payment deadline; we were rewarded with some pity excuses in order to take money out of our bond money and then it took them months to repay back the rest of out bond money - this time blaming bond administrator for the delays and us not responded to e-mails; which were never sent! The HERE property management are anything but professional.

THE CLEANING ISSUES WHICH WAS PICKED ON WERE VERY TRIVIAL AND PITY – JUST AN EXCUSE TO CHARGE US AN EXPENSIVE CLEANING FEE.

"Unfortunately, you didn’t agree to this for approximately 2 weeks, which delayed our ability to disburse the bond. "

THIS IS COMPLETELY INCORRECT. YOU WERE NOT WAITING FOR OUR AGREEMENT, AS ALREADY YOU HAD MADE YOUR PLANS AND DECISIONS FOR CLEANING AND CHARGING US AND NO BODY WAS STOPPING YOU. THE DELAY WAS FROM YOUR SIDE.

"Once agreed, owing to the time the tenancy commenced, the bond administrator does not allow disposal of the bond by electronic transaction and we were required to complete a paper disposal form. The form was prepared, signed by you a day after and lodged with the Bond Administrator (State Government department which holds all tenancy bonds) the same day we received it. They have advised us that there is a delay in processing manual bond forms at present and we provided you with their contact details should you wish to verify this fact, and our team has checked in regularly, however they have advised us they will only process forms in the order in which they are received. "

AGAIN, THE ABOVE MIGHT HAVE ATTRIBUTED ONLY TO AN EXTRA WEEK DELAY BUT HOW ABOUT THE OTHER 14 WEEKS OF DELAY!? YES, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT 15 WEEKS SINCE WE MOVED OUT – BEFORE FINALLY THE BOND IS TOLD BEEN RELEASED!
It’s unfortunate that you’ve chosen to leave such a review after what was a great tenancy as referred to in your Mother’s correspondence “I would like to impart my deepest thanks and gratitude for the source of peace you have been to us over the past 6 years. We are grateful for your kindness and good deeds through it, we feel like we know you despite never having met you. Only the greatest people have such honorable humanitarian qualities such as yours. We wish you all the good health, prosperity and joy. ”
AGAIN, YOU HAVE MISSED THE POINT HERE! SORRY, YOU ARE TRYING TO GET CREDIT FOR SOMETHING THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAD DONE! THAT CORRESPONDENCE WAS ADDRESSED TO THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY AND NOT TO THE HERE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! I HOPE THE LETTER IS GIVEN TO THE OWNER AND NOT KEPT BY YOUR STAFF TO TAKE CREDIT FOR IT! IT WAS SPECIFICALLY SAID THAT PLEASE PASS THE LETTER TO THE OWNER.

Here Property so far, are really friendly and responsive. I like the portal you can access to post any maintenance issues and Here Property always respond quickly. The agent is of great value, professional and very responsive. I am a happy tennant.
