Rented with HERE for 2/3 years and had a poor experience. Power went off, taps went unfixed for months, shower wouldn’t drain etc. Agents would reply sporadically and wouldn’t seem to care to organise help. Would recommend going elsewhere

Tenant Warning
Not usually one to be a Karen and complain but mark everything on your property condition report as unclean because the standard these guys hold to be "clean" is not reasonable.

The photos attached are examples of what they pinged us for on our exit inspection (recreated so they can't complain about me posting the owners property in such horrible condition). Yes, a black mark about that size on a power socket was listed as a problem with tenant cleaning. The guys at work had a field day when I showed that to them. They actually got cleaners in and charged us for this sort of thing.

Pretty disappointing given we didn't give them any hassle during our lease. If they really cared so much about detail they could've given us a key to one of the locks on the front door that was never provided. I got locked out of the house a few times because of this over our lease and had to call them to come and unlock it.

Too busy and don't want the hassle of appealing the cleaning charges but if you treat people like this you should be reviewed as such.

The staff at Here Property are always helpful, informative and responsive. Urgent matters with rental properties are always addressed and resolved promptly.

There probably not the cheapest property manager in Perth but they would be by far the best.

We've had HERE Propery as leasing agents in a rental property and now as agents for a few of our own properties and can say the service is great on both sides.

Don’t rent or make contract or property to this company. They steal the money from the tenants of their deposit. They do not give you clean furnished apartments and then you deduct thousands of dollars from your deposit without your authorization
