Friendly communication has been great from when I was notified I got the apartment and continued when collecting the keys and the arrangement of rent inspections.

They have an easy to navigate portal which shows you when rent is due, upcoming inspections, maintenance requests along with receipts and payments made!

I've been using HERE Property to manage my rental property for the last 5 years or so. My property manager, Shannon, is knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to my enquiries. Having her (and the team) managing the property has been the best 'set and forget' experience I've had.

To be brutally honest, I can afford to pay very little attention to what is going on with the property unless I hear from Shannon and the team because I am that confident in her/their abilities.

But it's not just about Shannon individually. Last year I bought a new house and had a very difficult and uncertain time because of some misrepresentations (or 'inaccurate statements', if you will) made by the original owner as to the status of tenancy agreements with the existing tenants (don't get me started). I had some of the other staff at HERE Property assist me with that one, including negotiating with the tenants to get them to leave early etc. It made what was an unpleasant situation far more easy to bear, and it turned out to be an utterly painless exercise thanks to the team's skills and professional judgment.

I've recommended their services to members of my own family and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you, kind internet stranger who has survived reading this review.

The staff at HERE Property have always been professional, helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Very happy with their property management service.

Got their help in renting a small place for an year at Perth. Rightly described in their tagline, 'NO ONE KNOWS PERTH BETTER THAN US', they have few of the most amazing properties in rental market of Perth. Above all, they are kind courteous and helpful as well.

I was interstates and there was no way I could have attended any of the house open inspection sitting miles away from Perth. Just texted my concerns to Alex Gough and she was so considerate and helpful during the entire process of getting me a home. Saw a few wonderful properties on video inspections with her kind assistance and applied for them. Got the best one for my family and glad that I emailed her about my concerns.

Documentation process and signing the lease was easy too! Later, got assistance from Aoife from HERE property during handing over of keys. She was informative, helpful and easily contactable throughout the process. Overall, my experience with them was 5 star!

During this time the Customer Service has been fantastic and any issues we’ve had in the last year has quickly been resolved thanks to our property manager prompt action. HERE PROPERTY – BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

This is a “NO STAR” review choice!

Contract signed to buy a house from Here Property in September 2021. A building Inspection is carried out before settlement.

The report stated that “Molded/Leaking” in the Storeroom which is a safety & hazard issue, so we brought this issue to Here Property’s attention. They claimed that this Molded/Leaking issue is not stated in the contract therefore they are not liable. After a much lengthy discussion, Here Property reluctantly agreed to contribute $500 toward the fixing cost of $2000.

Prior to settlement, during the inspection of the house, Here Property agent told me that I will receive 2 units of remote controls to the Common Electronic Gate. However, at settlement, Here Property only provides 1 unit of Remote control and refused to answer my call. At the same inspection, oven knobs were all missing from the oven which after 4 weeks, they still have not replaced the knobs.

Moving in, a lot of issues started to unfold.

1) Intercom not working.
2) 4 out of 6 doorknobs fall off from the doors.
3) The bedroom doors are not able to close. Door panels must be shaved to shut properly.
4) The kitchen oyster light cover came off from the ceiling while my mom was in the kitchen.
5) Both Front and back reticulations are not working, and all the taps are leaking.
6) The ill-maintained lawn which was covered with a layer of Red Pebbles is overgrown with weeds. (No plastic sheet has been used to cover the lawn)
7) Alfresco blind is not working.
8) The sliding door locks to alfresco are damaged.
This property was previously managed by Here Property. Not only it was poorly maintained by this agent, but they also even cover up the property with surface touch up with amateur work. This has cost me more than $10000 to fix.

We've used Here Property as our property managers for over a year now. They are professional, responsive and really easy to deal with through all of our interactions. Their online portal makes all of the paperwork easy as well. I would happily recommend Rosie and the team at Here Property.

When it comes to taking money, they are superbly efficient. Almost no delays, never seen before "service".

Tenant's requests however, are slower than borders opening. 8 requests which I made that were supposed to be fulfilled by them or the landlord were returned to us as "our jobs", even though the maintenance staff and legislation requires them to fulfil it.

As of now, I have a request was put in months ago but I'm just leaving this review up till they decide to act on it. Thank goodness my lease ends soon.

If you're wondering how they got 4.9 stars, a simple IP address track has found that many are fake. Should you wish to rent from them, do so if you are willing to endure poor service and delayed requests.

EDIT: I'm using an anonymous account so my customer service doesn't get affected any further, but issue is still not rectified. One would have thought they'd check through all their service requests by now?

Provided very misleading information that has lead to financial loss. Organised home viewings and never showed. Just not a good real estate company

I rented an apartment from HERE Property for over 2 years, and recently moved out as the owners wanted to sell the property.
