Best haircut I’ve had in a long time and definitely recommend this salon for anyone wanting short hair as it’s so hard to find a hairdresser who can cut short ladies hair and make it look good and feminine.

I had a lovely experience at Hair Studio and felt very confident when I met Rose and Katie that they would transform my hair to a cut and colour that I would love. The Studio is a wonderful happening place with a great team that are as professional as they are talented. Thank you to Rose for your dedication to looking after your clients with such care. I am more than happy with the genuine and professional service I received. I had a perm and the process was clearly explained to me. My new hairstyle is so easy to look after. The salon has a beautiful decor with friendly staff. Punctual, hospitable and relaxing are words that spring to mind. Rose sincerely cares about her clients and I would highly recommend a visit to Head Studio.

I have previously been to Head Studio and much enjoyed the salon. Since it has changed hand I have been back twice and the first I was impressed by punctual service and satisfactory colouring. Over the weekend I was disappointed that the appointment commenced 20 minutes late. I was initially quoted a price for a Demi permanent and blow wave, and at the completion of the service paid an extra $30 which apparently reflected that curls were added. Having had curly hair my whole life I have never been charged, especially not unexpectedly for curls. Considering the appointment ran late and that left me about 15 minutes to get it dried I think this was expensive. Also I believe I was charged $2 for a tea bag drink that I was offered on arrival. Overall it is unprofessional to offer drinks to clients without informing them there is a cost (regardless of how much it is). This is disappointing because it is a beautiful building and I left feeling like they were trying to add in extra costs where possible. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but after being hassled 3 times to leave a review I have. I cannot say I will go back to this salon again, it has lost its class.

I was nervous going into the salon after not having my hair done for 2 years but everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Georgia worked her magic on my hair doing balayage and the results came out stunning, I really admired the passion and care Georgia showed while making my hair look the best it possibly could. The girls who helped with the process were all very friendly and professional. I’ve never found a hair salon I’ve liked this much before, so I’ll be returning for my future appointments. Reasonably priced for the service and taking into consideration with how friendly and accommodating the hairdressers are.

As I’m clinically vulnerable I’ve been reluctant to go to the hairdressers but I need not have worried. The precautions taken at Head Studio made me feel very safe, not to mention that they give fabulous hair cut.

I would recommend Isabel, she obviously knows what she's doing and first time in a while I now love my haircut, thank you!

My friend and I had a blow dry there recently. I had Kate and she was absolutely brilliant - not only was she a great stylist she was engaging and super friendly. Funky space, lovely people, good vibe and a glass of wine to go with the hair do was very welcome. Thank you, Suzie from Sydney.

Bess is a brilliant hair stylist! Asked for a melted bronde (originally black Asian hair) and got exactly that. Lovely team too. Extremely happy with the results, will be back.

Sooooo happy Head Studio Perth has taken me from black dyed hair to a really beautiful light highlighted colour to frame my face. Cannot recommend them enough! I went to head studio as my hair dresser I origionally go to was closed longer due to covid-19. I thought I'd give it a go as my regrowth had been growing out for 7 weeks at this time. I showed the picture to the stylist and she agreed to do it, I usually get on scalp bleach and i have had no problems with breakage in the past. During my time here the gentleman washing my hair expressed that my hair was of poor quality repeatedly, this made me uncomfortable and i I was concerned because my hair was in good condition when I came in. After leaving and paying 400 dollars I wasn't impressed and will not be returning. I'm sitting with my hair dresser as we speak and the look on her face as she saw the damage done by head studio says it all.

Elizabeth and Rose spent a lot of time with me to understand what colour I wanted and to ensure I got the perfect shade of copper, with lots of variation and dimension. It looks both vibrant and natural! This is the happiest I have been with the colour of my hair in years. Rose really is a copper queen!:)

I don't like leaving negative reviews.but I feel compelled after I booked my appointment at Head Studio based on a text deal to have balayage, cut and blow dry for $199. Well once I took time off work, trekked into the city and paid for parking I was then told it would cost $280 as the toner wasn't included in the deal!? After 4 hrs in the studio and paying 20 bucks on parking I feel pretty disappointed.
