I always finish up feeling amazing here. The staff are always super friendly, very skillful and helpful to make some great recommendations.

Went and got my hair done here over 7 months ago and still trying to repair my hair. I left with dead and fried hair that was dark grey when I asked for buttery bright blonde after paying $650 disappointed is an understatement. Will not be returning.

I love my new hair! Exceptional colour and styling! Looks fantastic and staff were so lovely. Just a wonderful experience and a great result.

**UPDATE - COURT Settlement**

Took Head Studio to small claims for a refund of the job description below.
We claimed for the total of the original job $1667 and costs involved for treatments of repairing the hair. Totalling around $1300. Total $3000 plus court costs.

Rose offered to reimburse most of the $1667 and pay court fees.
We accepted the offer to be able to move forward with our lives and leave this ugly chapter and business behind us.

My final advice, don’t give her your money to start with and you won’t find yourself out of pocket for 6 months.

What can i say but how disappointing this business is.
After much back and forth my wife was sold hair extensions with grand expectations that they would not only match her hair colour but also her nature curl.

After paying for my wife's hair extensions she came home in tears about the state of her hair.
She was blonde and came out with brown hair.
The matched hair extensions were nothing like her nature curl instead a wire like dead hair that had more a resemblance to a dead horse main than my wife's beautiful nature blonde curl.
This being said she went back to have the damage repaired the following day.
The hair dressers were whispering behind her back and then used what we can only assume is bleach in her hair to try and lighten the colour.

After this interaction my wife had no confidence in Rose and her hair dressers.

We made Rose aware of the issue and after her many lies and excuses for why she was not getting in touch with us when she was happy to respond to other peoples enquirers. She blew us off to her insurance company.
The stated that there was no negligence and Head Studios part and hence is not covered by her insurance.

Once putting this information to Rose and telling her that we will be pursuing the matter further and giving her examples of other women who have come forward to us about their bad experiences with Rose (from unpaid super to botched hair and burnt scalps).
Rose merely replied with.

"dont contact me. If you continue this harassment it will become a police matter and slandering my business i will not hesitate taking legal action against you or anyone involved"

So to recap
Rose took $1647 to put colour matched hair extensions in my wife's hair.
She did not deliver what was sold.
Quoted $1400.paid $1647
Blonde colour matched hair extensions to match her natural curl, she came out with Brown wiry extensions that look nothing like what she was sold.
And now that we are requesting a refund for the botched job and a small amount of financial compensation to repair the damage caused by bleaching my wife's hair i am being threatened with harassment, the police and legal action.

My review here isnt so much about the bad job she did on my wifes hair but the manner it was handled afterwards, no one is perfect and people make mistakes but the way Rose has treated my wife is disgusting and we will not stand for it.

Rose i will make it my life ambition to make sure everyone in Perth knows about how you treat your customers until you make this right.

Wow, this place was spot on with my Blonde hair and I had a male cut my hair (sorry forgot his name, had ascent) and his attention to detail was so good. Rose greeted me with such a professional manner and welcomed me to the Studio, you can see she cares about the service 100%

Ricardo did a fantastic job on my hair! I went from dull, copper/red hair to dirty blonde in one sitting! He took his time and worked carefully and meticulously. After he had cut my hair I went home and hoped for cut to look a little different, which I let him know. Within a few minutes I got a call from the studio to make an appointment to give me the cut I wanted with no issues. This place is beautiful, and the people are even better. High recommend, thank you Ricardo! ️

I LOVE this studio! Georgia is my stylist, and I couldn't recommend her enough. She is great at accomodating my requests and is authentic and kind in her approach. I am a blondie and my hair is always looking healthy and shiny when I leave:) Rose is an absolute gem and makes you feel right at home from the minute you walk in. The studio is also divided into downstairs and upstairs, so you dont get that hectic salon vibe. 10/10 recommend <3

I haven’t stopped crying since I walked out of the salon.
Somehow my hair is darker and washed out after having nearly half a head of foils.
My natural strawberry blonde hair is literally been toned to a grey / green brown and all the natural highlights have been muted.
My natural hair colour was gorgeous and now I can’t even look in the mirror- what was I thinking - I chose this place because they said they were blonde experts- I’ve honestly had better jobs done in salon express!

James is awesome, takes his time and his cut is of a high quality. First time haircut here, I Won't be using anyone else.

First visit hair and did the promotion for the balayage blend package - $299 for balayage, cut, wash and dry.
The first time I’ve walked out of a salon super happy with my colour, cut and blow dry. Will definitely be booking again.

The wonderful staff at Head Studio were warm and welcoming and accomadated my needs! Such a fun atmosphere and I felt comfortable in letting them take control of what was best for my hair! Back to a blonde colour im happy with and fresh healthy locks! Could not recommend the team enough thanks girls!

Georgia did a fantastic job, unfortunately another hair dresser did mine a second time and I was so disappointed I chose not to come back there was no change and still charged close to $400

Having read such good reviews i decided to try head studio. I made a very last minute appointment and they managed to squeeze me in on friday afternoon for a haircut. I had Georgia who knew exactly what i was after. She was so friendly as was everyone else working there. She gave me great tips and i couldn't be happier with my haircut. I will definitely be going here from now on. Thanks guys!

All of the staff was very friendly. Kate did my balayage and she was amazing! Overall it was a great experience and the champagne throughout my cut and color was an added bonus.

Amazing service! This salon is hands down best in the business! Super clean and feels like you’re in New York! They did such an amazing job with my hair and all the staff are so nice and friendly! Definitely recommend!

Walked in at 8.30pm after finishing work late at night and Rose and her team were more than welcoming. Got a top quality haircut from their barber James who is a very passionate barber and takes pride in his work. Rose's team were very hospitable.
Highly recommended. I'll be swinging past for my next haircut.
