48Mostly it's pretty good, but considering it's a clearance store and some item's/most items can be found cheaper across the road brand new and not on clearance, it's a little disappointing. Staff didn't appear to be vey helpful as not one staff member offered any assistance in finding or locating specific items or assisting in choosing the correct item as per application required. Should be 2 stars really but the checkout staff did at least smile on the way out the door.
It's not really a clearance store as such where you can get bargains, they have everything just dumped on the floor with reduced stickers but the discounts aren't anything to take notice of, it's still cheaper to buy some of this online from different retailers. However they do have a good range of stock to fill your house with (except furniture)
Rude horrible staff had to wait over 30 minutes for a so called staff member to come over to me even though I was the only person shopping he then came over and was a rude person with the attitude to match he knew nothing about the product he was surpose to be selling an expert he said he was iam still wonder at what bad service never go there again ever and i hope it helps other people not to shop there
Seriously RUDE staff, taking no responsibility for the rights of consumers with poor products. Don't buy here - it's a clearance site for a reason - with unprofessional staff.
Went to look at ovens, super helpful and gave us great advice but no high pressure sales tactics, will be back to purchase very soon. Best range in person of freestanding ovens as well. Very impressed.
Some small appliances are quite cheap but bigger ones as fridges, washing machines etc are just normally priced or a bit cheaper if they are missing something or damaged.
