Harvey Norman Joondalup Clearance Centre

I love this store. I bought a lot of ex-display and new appliances from this store. The ex display and factory second are heavily reduced from the original RRP. Great quality, never had a problem.
They also have household items as knive sets, pans, pots, cake tins, kitchen utensils.
Recently they start selling also flooring in the same store.

Got a dishwasher that was priced good. They have a lot of stuff that is seconds of has been installed (I think) into displays, or that is what it looks like (?).
Friendly staff, and helpful.

Lots of products and eager sale staff to help as you come in the door. Had to pickup item from the warehouse down the road on Winton road but was given directions.

For a clearance centre this was disappointing. All the items we looked at were cheaper at Appliances Online. If you are looking for a quick impulse buy this shop is fine, but if you can wait then go online.

Isn't really a clearance centre selling the same model appliance you'd find at a normal appliance store, Same price

Has heaps to look at but the staff enjoy a chat with each other rather than helping customers so left and bought from the Good Guys

I just love Harvey Norman they have best backup service if you have problems staff are good also!

Went in looking at washing machine. Two staff didnt even acknowledge that we were even there. Too busy talking to each other ignoring all customers. Rubbish service - won't be going back!

Friendly staff service and from furniture to electronic equipment you can find all kinds of items.

Went into the store yesterday to buy a fridge and was served by Simon Grey. All I can say, is was a treat to be served by such a knowledgeable person who made the shopping experience a pleasure. To top it all, his service extended to helping me purchase the fridge from another store location (so he didnt get this sale) due to delivery cost being closer, and he did this with a sincere smile. Wonderful to get service like this today, don't see it often. Thank you Simon, we will only come back to you!

Young lady assistant was extremely helpful with getting information on products we enquired about

Very bad service, their salesman must have recommended me a wrong size AC or it is a faulty product which cost close to $2000 including $500 for instalment, the AC wont cover the area I intended to cover and the room is not cool enough even with AC on, but the store manager refused to assist to investigate to find out the cause and take any responsibility, played hide and seek with me, pushed the problem to one another among themselves for some time, then suggested me contact the manufacturer at my own cost if it is not a faulty product or let me deal with the problem myself, the store is only 5 minutes away from my home, the store manager should send someone to check the problem instead of taking no responsibility at all as if it has nothing to do with the store. I will report the matter to unfair trade dept, will never ever buy anything from the store again

Store manager refuses to honour his obligations under the ACL and provide refunds for major issues with products.

Top rate service, special thanks to Simon who went all out to make things work in the appliances I bought.

Didn't buy anything this time but the staff were helpful and the young assistant that we spoke to was very helpful with knowledge of the TVs.

Friendly staff and decent range of products. Discounts aren't particularly shocking though, albeit marked down on main store prices.

Great experience yesterday! Came in 10 minutes before needing to leave and get my kids from school. In that 10 minutes we had decided on, paid for a new washing machine and had time for a laugh with your staff at the checkout. I got the kids and stopped in on my way home, where I picked up the washer that had been made ready for pickup.
Only down side is the new machine is so quiet we can't tell when it's done and forgot to hang the clothes out.

Came here with the intention of buying a washing machine and fridge for my new place, and was very happy to leave with exactly what I went in for, for an extremely fair price. Staff were so friendly and very helpful as they helped me transport the appliances outside to a truck.

Excellent products and service. Staff knew what they were selling and were both helpful and friendly. Gave a really good price above the discount as well.

Terrible service, having issues with my laptop and they want to charge me $450 replace one of the components of my $300 laptop. Absolute rip off. Would not recommend this store!
