Harvey Norman Joondalup Clearance Centre

Went in-store as we just emigrated to Perth - was met by Tom (great tash btw) who couldn’t have been more helpful and honest when it came to recommending products. He had great knowledge of most products and was keen to offer a good service. The next day i went into the “other people” (you know who) and i wont be doing that again anytime soon.

Steve is not just a salesperson; he's the shining beacon of smooth transactions and polished heads! His bald brilliance is unmatched, turning every sale into a gleaming success. Five stars for the hairless hero of sales!

Should be the first place you look when it comes to anything electrical appliance related. Prices are good, staff are friendly and helpful. They don't always have what you want but they do have a good selection.

Bought multiple items from the clearance centre, all the staff are fantastic.
Highly recommended shopping here as the prices are always better.

Exterior oven door exploded on 2 year old west/ house, store staff member said sorry mate your purchase is out of warranty you can buy a glass door online, paid for a door 7 weeks ago.
Electrolux don't have doors in stock.

Got some great bargains. Had a great sales guy who was super helpful. Was on a Friday after work so a good time to go and miss the Saturday morning Chaos

This huge store definitely needs better lighting as it is such a huge space. It is often the case that what you see in the store will be vastly different from what you receive simply because it is so dark.
In most cases, the original prices for the items are not marked, only the current price is available (in a few cases, both prices are available).

Didn't buy anything this time but the staff were helpful and the young assistant that we spoke to was very helpful with knowledge of the TVs.
Update. Got a few things online at their photo centre. Good specials and easy pick up

Had an extremely pleasant experience with Jacob from flooring, I brought my plans in he worked out what I needed and helped me load up my car there and then with stock. The product I laid myself and it looks great down.

Went today and crossed checked prices with good guys online, it is not worth saving $10 and not getting a warranty. This stuff is barely cheaper

Always good to check here first when looking to buy. There may be a great bargain that will save you. Plenty of parking so it's easy access.

Wide range of goods for the home or office. Pleasant staff. Will price match goods. So do you price checks before visiting the store!

This is one of the few stores where customer service isn't utterly lacking with a no care attitude, the staff go out of their way to assist the customer as much as possible.
I'm looking forward to using my new appliances purchased from here- at reasonable prices!
I've given 5 stars be because of the service/help & information given, despite sometimes their range being limited to only a different couple of items within it- however that's what you get when you have great specials available - they sell out!
I've shopped here more than once & not only will be back- but would also recommend them to other people needing appliances.

Fantastic service from Jack who helped me pick out a new tv that didn't cost an arm and a leg and was the perfect fit for my living space.
I was in and out in a flash, am very happy with the all round service and will be back again.
