Amazing food and service, the flavours are like little fire works in your mouth. Highly reccomend to try their water, the jug it comes in was huge, it felt like it was never ending goodness.

Best value Japanese in town. Always good service and delicious food. We go here regularly and even took our guests there for our wedding.

If you want Japan in your plate, this place does not disappoint. They have some of the best Japanese dishes I had. Though the serving time took a little longer than expected but worth the wait. Will definitely go back.

It’s hard to find good Japanese around the Yokine area and Ha-Lu is definitely a place to try. If you don’t mind some fusion then it’s a great place to eat. Food was amazing even tho the wait was a bit long as they had to cater for ubereats orders.which we didn’t mind on the end.

My favourite restaurant for 11 years. Notbing has changed except for the menu but favourites are still there. Had some happy memories dining there.

One of the best Japanese restaurants in Perth. More of a fusion with Australian cuisine than traditional Japanese. It's usually pretty busy and I've seen them turn away people without reservations so worthwhile calling/booking in advance.

This is a great Japanese restaurant. The food here is amazing, with friendly staff and a nice tapas atmosphere. Every dish that came out was better than the last. They have a very creative menu with so many delicious options, and the presentation of the food is spectacular. I would definitely recommend Ha-Lu to my friends and family.

Had a lovely dinner here. It was busy on a weeknight but the food came out quickly and the waitress were attentive. I was quite impressed with the sake available. We started off with the sashimi, it was really fresh. Then we had the beef tataki, duck and octopus tentacle. The octopus was cooked to perfection, it was tender and juicy. We finished our night off with the soy pannacotta and black sesame tiramisu. Definitely worth a visit.

By far one of the best Japanese restaurants in Perth. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, the duck out of this world and the octopus with the plum sauce was a true delight. I will definitely be back.

This could be the best japanese place north of the city. The food is exceptional, authentic and well priced.

The menu only has about 20 items on it so you aren't overwhelmed with choice. You'll need 3 to 5 per person for a meal so you can order everything that takes your fancy from it too!

I have been buying takeaway here for sometime. Unfortunately Sunday night I organised an uber delivery as I had injured my back. I only live a 2 min walk from venue. My food arrived 50 mins later stone cold stuck to their new containers.

After a few emails & a few days later still no reply. Guess they're happy to take my money but not courteous enough to even reply to an email. Sorry Halu. I will never be ordering food from you again.

Premium Japanese restaurant. The raw tuna is delightful. The braised pork, mouthwatering. And the Terriyaki Chicken is as sweet and succulent as can be. The only reason I give 4 stars is because they stopped selling a beautiful steamed fish dish.

Highly recommend if you want an exquisite Japanese fine dining experience. Be prepared to pay premium prices though.

Top Food and very fair price for what you get. I have been here a few of times this year and cant fault the food or service or cost.
Staff all smile and are polite, nothing seemed to much trouble.the scallops, octopus, beef tataki and emperor are awsome.

Had a home delivery and they sent us Goyza’s with completely raw pastry and raw chicken. My daughter has just eaten some and food poisoning may follow!
