Guzman y Gomez

Had the pulled pork burrito bowl with brown rice, the rice and beans were cold, the pork was clumpy and lacked any spice. I ordered spicy, and it was extremely mild. It was hard to order when you can't see the options on the menu board any more. I used to be a big fan of Guzman y Gomez. I will definitely think again before picking Guzman for any meal.

Better mexican than most mexican restaurants in Perth. Their flavours in their rice and even their beans is so tasty. Their meat is flame grilled, adding to the flavour. And the queso cheese is to die for

It wasn't incredible.food was either too spicy or too bland. For example the cheese loaded fries were so spicy they were nearly inedible, yet the burrito was packed full of bland starchy rice that i had to ask for sauce to dip it in cos it was so flavourless. Much prefer somewhere like Zapatas if you're looking for a Mexican meal out.

Great food and staff are nice but it's the 2nd time in a row I've ordered takeaway from here and haven't received what I wanted. Never realise til I'm at home, which is a pain.

Below average food, restaurant wasn't really Mexican-y, ordering wasn't clear, food wasn't fresh. I won't be trying a GYG again

Very nice Mexican, all the usual options to choose from and made fresh to order. We visited the store 10 minutes before closing and the staff were more than happy to accommodate us. Well worth a visit

I went to your Cockburn shop. I ordered the following things.

I asked her give me salted chips for my child. She gave me spicy chip. I took chips back to her. She was rude and unprofessional. She said " Be careful in future". I said to her " It was not my fault that app hasn't showed you that it is salted or spicy". I ordered salted chips. I asked you verbally also. When i asked her name. First she asked me to wait. I waited there for 25 to 30 minutes. She refused to give her name after wait of 25 to 30 minutes. I left the store. She was the manager. I am very disappointed with behaviour of the manager. She shouldn't be manager of the store. In my opinion she should need serious kind of communication and customer service training. If the manager behaves like this than what can i expect from other staff. Very very disappointed with her behaviour. I will not go there again. Take strict action against her.

Great burritos. Reasonable pricing. Wonderful $5 special for annual Cinco de Mayo pilgrimage. Highly recommend the Barramundi burrito.

Great food and nice service from the staff. Specially one young girl named Maria she really went the extra mile to serve us very well.

Great tasting Mexican fast food. The nachos are a personal favourite. Good atmosphere for dining in.

The nachos are to die for. Well cooked meat and fresh tasting vedge with lots of cheese and even good quality tortilla chips.

Delicious slow cooked pulled beef tacos! 3 for $11.00. Been here a few times now, the quality is always very good.

One of the better Guzman's in Perth, despite us usually ordering via Uber the food is always delicious and consistent.
Visits in store are always pleasant and staff are friendly, food is always made quickly and tastes great.

Definitely the best Mexican in Perth. Way better than the muck Perth used to dish up years ago like the good bad and the ugly and similar places. If Perth put you off Mexican in the 80s and 90s then maybe it's time to come back and give these guys a go.

Terrible service. They got our orders completely wrong. Ordered spicy. Got mild. Ordered a kids meal. Got charged for a full one. They were apologetic but just completely poorly mishandled. And when I went back just before 9pm (they close at 9pm) to order a few more tacos, the counter was unattended and they would not take my order (they said they were “closed”). The plus side was the food was definitely reasonable in taste etc. Won’t be coming back. No chance.

I eat here religiously and the food never disappoints. Do yourself a favour, stop reading this and go eat some mexican food. Your body will thank you.

My favourite healthier option takeaways. We always gets the family fiesta for $35. Feeds a family of 4 easily. It's not advertised on the main menu at the counter, it's normally on the weigh out front so you might miss it. Not many people know but you can ask for a bottle of iced water any glasses when ordering too.

Only good thing was the lovely service. The food was oily and disgusting as well as expensive. I won't be back sorry.

Food was good but portion sizes were ridiculous. Spent lots of money only to get 3 tacos with a tiny dollop of filling. My friend ordered a chips box that was about 1 quarter filled with food, the rest empty. Quite disappointed.
