I locked myself out of my car at the beach yesterday and had no idea what to do. I called Gronbek and they were able to come out to me within 20 minutes. They were super friendly and had all the tools to get the job done on the spot. I was back in my car in no time, wasn't even late to work. Thanks guys! I hope I never do that again but your service is highly recommended!

We needed a whole new lock system for our hotel upgrade so I contacted Gronbek Security as we had used them in the past.

Once again, they were incredibly knowledgeable. Tina was able to walk me through all our options for RFID cards, swabs for the basement carparks etc. She wasn't pushy at all and was really prompt in following up with a quote for the new system. Highly recommended, no job is too big or too small.

We needed some security cameras with lights for our local primary school after a series of incidents. Not only did Tina from Gronbek Security liaise with the school P&C very professionally, her team made the whole process so seemless.

I work for one of the largest real estate agencies in Perth and we have used Gronbek Security for a number of years now. They re-key all of the properties that we handle through our office. On more than one occasion we have had to call them out in the middle of the night to secure a property and change all the locks after a break-in. Very professional service every time. Highly recommended.

I required some cylinders from your company in which you supplied me, however they did not operate on the correct keys. This was the second time in two months it happened. When i tried to get a resolution nothing was done. I called the store over 10 times and kept on getting hand balled onto someone else with each person saying they will call me back, a call was never received. The matter only got sorted when i came into the store, in which i had to wait over an hour for the cylinders to get fixed, when i shouldn't of had to come in. This matter was handled terribly and the customer service was dismal at best.

My father in-law needed a security gate lock changed over, very specialty stuff that inlcuded electronics & he'd had multiple people out to look at it without any luck. Gronbek Security were the only ones to turn up on time & hvae a professional solution to his security gate. He's now a very happy man with a gate that works.
Not only that he's happy with me for the good referral!

Unprofessional service, would not reccomend keeping a restricted key system with them as they don't follow protocol steer clear of these guys

Great price, great service! I checked all the other Locksmith prices in Perth and these guys have the best value for money. They were quick, professional and I even got a free key cut. Will definitely use these guys again.

I needed a key for a filing cabinet. Called the office and spoke to Scott. Described the lock, was told it was no problem, visit the shop and it will be $7.50. Happily visited the Fremantle shop the next morning, but the gent behind the counter didn't recognise the cabinet brand and started looking for problems. Eventually cut a key and charged me $15. When I told him that Scott had quoted $7.50, I was told that "Scott is just an apprentice, so I'll sort him out".

As always, fantastic service. Had a huge problem this time - left my keys 1000 km away. The shop counter staff were great in working with me to find a solution - how to prove I owned the house (this is superb security by this company!). The locksmith that came out (same day!) was great, helpful and very tidy. The after job care was fantastic. It is a wonderful high quality customer focussed locally owned and operated company. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
