Gronbek Security & Master Locksmith Perth

Had a lock smith booked for 830am (we waited at home) on a Tuesday, we were home inside and they didn't knock loud at all, our dog didn't even hear it. You guys need to knock on the door louder.
Rescheduled for the next day again for 830am with a no show still at 9am. Called to ask where the tech was, to be told he will attend in the afternoon. I also have better things to do than wait for a company that isn't organised.

If you want someone to solve problems go elsewhere. Good for your normal key cut just like bunnings

I required some cylinders from your company in which you supplied me, however they did not operate on the correct keys. This was the second time in two months it happened. When i tried to get a resolution nothing was done. I called the store over 10 times and kept on getting hand balled onto someone else with each person saying they will call me back, a call was never received. The matter only got sorted when i came into the store, in which i had to wait over an hour for the cylinders to get fixed, when i shouldn't of had to come in. This matter was handled terribly and the customer service was dismal at best.

Unprofessional service, would not reccomend keeping a restricted key system with them as they don't follow protocol steer clear of these guys

I needed a key for a filing cabinet. Called the office and spoke to Scott. Described the lock, was told it was no problem, visit the shop and it will be $7.50. Happily visited the Fremantle shop the next morning, but the gent behind the counter didn't recognise the cabinet brand and started looking for problems. Eventually cut a key and charged me $15. When I told him that Scott had quoted $7.50, I was told that "Scott is just an apprentice, so I'll sort him out".

Went in to get a couple keys cut for my house last week, after going back and forward a couple times to get them cut again, the keys would still not work. Was told by the staff I need to remove my lock and bring it in or have someone come out to fix my locks which i didnt appretiate.
Decided to try another locksmith down the road and yep, the keys worked straight away and cost half the price

Made a booking and stayed home all afternoon waiting - rang for an update at 4pm to be told they wouldn't be able to make it. May just be a rare mistake with all the other positive reviews, but I feel frustrated and disrespected.

HONEST and HELPFUL: Key got stuck in front door, Rang 24/7, got in touch with Levi & sent photos. He rang back, gave me a tip and I got key out. Will get lock fixed during week. Saved me callout fee and extra charges. Priceless!

These guys are great. I have been to them a few times only to get keys cut but when one of them didn't work well they spent a lot of time figuring out why. There focus on customer service is excellent and spending your money with them is a win-win for everyone.

Brendan and Austin from the Welshpool branch were very responsive and helpful in getting a new key made for my car and also helping with a jammed ignition.

I locked myself out of the house. Gronbek were out to my house, opened the door, cut me a spare key and were gone again within 30min. Really good customer service

Tom attended today to fix a lock that had become unusable. It was a mobile non-uregent call out as lock hadn't given up completely. Although there was a miscommunication around arrival time at first, this was swiftly sorted, and Tom arrived at alloted time, having phoned to advise he was 5 mins away. He clearly explained what he was doing to fix lock and ensured all tested before he left. Friendly and professional service. Thanks!

I had my house key snapped off in the lock at 9pm at night with an early flight the next morning. Gronbek was the only company out of 10 i called that returned my call and they were at my place within the hour.
I had access into my place within 15minutes after that. Good rates but great service. Definitely recommend. Ill be calling them first the next time i require a locksmith.

The only company that actually answered my phone call for after hours locksmith, Sunday morning 5: 50am they were at my place within 45 minutes and I was in side shortly after!
It’s now 9am and not one company that I called prior to Gronbek has called me back!

We bought a gate lock from another company and ran into issues with it. I spoke with the company who told me I would need a locksmith to try and fix it or they could replace it with a new one ($600 odd)

I emailed a few other companies to see if anyone could help.

I came across Chris at Gronbek. He was amazing. He asked a few questions and worked out the issue and it’s now been resolved.

I called Gronbek Security when I needed to change the lock in my security screen door. They were able to assist me the same day. In fact, to save me money they suggested I bring the door in which I did. Would recommend to friends and family without a doubt.

I had to have a new key cut for my car. I tried the guys in the shopping centre but apparently there was something about my key that meant it needed to be done by a locksmith. I went to the Gronbek shop and they were more than helpful and it actually ended up costing less anyway.

We recently moved warehouses for the family business and we needed a full overhaul of the security systems. I can't fault Gronbek Security. They organised an entire master key system for the new location and made the process seamless. We will be using them again to upgrade the CCTV system prior to Christmas. Very prompt, friendly service all around. I highly recommend them if you need a locksmith company for your business.
