64They had the music up so loud it was difficult to place your order. It was difficult to have conversation with our friends. When we asked nicely if they could turn music down just a little, we were told no. We were asked 4 times by different staff if we had ordered a glass of wine & felt harassed by wait staff constantly trying to clear plates. In the end we felt relieved to get out of there.
Place is good - Grill‘ did always the same no matter where you go.just think Hillarys needs a bit of a good clean
Party of 6 and only 4 of 6 burgers ordered came. Had to remind them that two still to come.no apology for delay. Staff didn't seem they really wanted to be there. Establishment was clean and food was ok. Won't rush to go back.
Ordered the chip plate and two of the selections came out so burnt we had to take them back. Burgers used to taste great but now all I could taste was the mayonnaise, bring back the old style burgers. Service was good but there were only 3 tables occupied so no idea what it would be like during a busy time
